Unable to book

I won an auction and was trying to book for December 2-9, 2023. Although it says on the auction page that December 1-12 is okay to book. The system does not allow me to book. Nobody picks up the phone at the customer service line. I have been using skyauction.com since their inception. I had some wonderful trips to Florida with their auctions. Recently, however they have changed for the worse. I was not given the option to get my money back but just a credit because the resort probably is now getting more money from returning travelers after being cooped up with COVID restrictions. This is probably the last time I will use them. Way to drive off a good loyal customer.

Issue with date to check in

Have check in sept 23 -have disability cant be alone helper has emergency that week cant accompany me but can do sept 9 -17 week same resort same accommodations . I asked for a OnE time courtesy to change check in -I cant be alone and need my helper. Please please consider my request. I can submit dr need to stare need for helper if you require it. I most appreciate your consideration in this matter. I have traveled many times in the past with you ( when I was healthier) always with positive reviews and never asked for anything. My health has deteriorated so and I dont travel much . But this was a opportunity to see the reunion resort with a helper. Please please consider my request. Thank you linda

Worst experience ever

The property was not ready for guests. It was still very much undergoing renovations. The room had no patio furniture, no screening and very little hot water. No activities! Sky Auction, after reviewing all the photos and forwarding them to RCI, gave me a credit for the full amount I paid and can be used for future travel! Im happy and satisfied. They did the right thing!

Problem with reservation

Turns out the resort I was booked at said they didnt have my reservation, but skyauction confirmed it and everything went smoothly.

Web site addressed certificate as used.

SkyAuction replied immediately and was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I actually had to contact reservations instead of trying to use the certificate myself. All is good.

Issue resolved

Upset

We are at a resort in Florida that we paid for. They do not have any the amenities open that you provided. I called the supervisor and because it's a third party they told me I had to get a hold of you and it says on their website opening soon. we came to this resort with only the pool and the mini golf open that is it I would like my money back or credit to this place.

Skyauction resolved the issue

Once I contacted skyauction through another source at the company, money was refunded immediately.

Resolved issue

Once Skyauction realize that the mistake was made. Skyauction immediately refund the vacation money. Problem was solved instantly

Still needing help with dates

No answer from SkyAuction as to if any available dates in October or November Still waiting
