They customer service sucks I started to break the rules cause I got so mad the I joked around and called the gay guy micheal Jordan then he called me ugly and they kepted saying *** you

And also I was trying to help a guy out cause he was getting 1 v 6ed so he told the guys to jump me he is supper mean and kept on making up rules and stuff terrible cumstomef service they *** ***

No true customer service or accountability

I went online to cancel a membership for my grandchildren and was still charged!!! I want my refund!! The membership isnt worth it, on going!! Furthermore my grandchildren starts school soon

Complain

I had a membership with the previous owner of that place, when it was called DJ bomb, for 3 summer months (June, July and August 2022), this year that place has been owed by skyzone corporate. Which charged me June 16th 2023 without me requesting or authorizing the membership, I sent an email to cancel and refund the membership, they declined the refund and said they will cancel it, but in July 16th 2023 they charged my card again, When I reached out to them, they said they can refund July charge only, when I asked for June charge again, they never replied.

Unprofessional and vulgar manager

Our son went to Sky Zone at Executive Drive in Newark DE, to enjoy the glow night experience with some friends. When my husband and I went to pick him up we were made aware that he had lost his phone in the foam pit. Seeing how emotionally distraught our son was; we went into the establishment to speak with a staff member to see how we can retrieve his phone. Unfortunately, the manager on staff did not show any empathy towards us. We asked if he can give us a few minutes to look for the phone. He mentioned that the facility was closing and that our son should not have gone into the foam pit with his phone. We told him kids make mistakes and we just want to get his phone back. He said we should just buy him another phone and him losing his phone should be a lesson learned. I stated, how you are talking to us is very unprofessional and rude. We then turned to another staff to explain our frustration. The manager stated- I do not know why you are talking to anyone else because I am the manager. We asked the manager when we will be able to get our sons phone back and his response was in one month. We said we cannot wait one month, there has to be a faster process. He said we need to get out of the establishment otherwise he is going to call the cops. My husband and the manager began to exchange words. The manager started approaching my husband with aggression and one of the staff members began to hold the manager back and take him into the office. Another staff member who was sweeping the floor, came in front of us with the broom and banged it on the metal bench we were standing behind to threaten us. We were very upset, and feared that he would strike us. We asked him if the behavior and aggression he was showing towards us is necessary? The manager began yelling at us to get out of the establishment and he is calling the cops. As representatives of Sky Zone, the manager and staffs behavior and demeanor were egregious. I am relieved that there were other families present to witness what we encountered

Question/complaint

My grandson got banned from skyzone for getting in to a fight but my grandson said the other child started and then they still charging me I don't think that's fair at all. The other boy should of got banned to I think it's harsh they should of said you can't come for a week

Child was basically assaulted by another and blamed for ITV’s

My daughter was playing and was jumped on by a boy who refused to get off of her. This child had already approached us saying his Mom left him there. Which was a lie. After jumping in my daughter he lied again and said she bit him! Staff knew the other people and blamed my child. There is no corporate working number to call to file a complaint! The mother appeared to be under the influence of something and verbally attacked us. Obviously something is wrong there. Beware you the employees will lie about what happened as in our case saying he saw with his own eyes that my child but the other child. He was no where near us! And I was an always with my child and saw everything that happened. Very scary and they dont want a complaint filed so refuse to give you any numbers to corporate office! Look at their reviews is upset parents and employees. I say go at your own risk!

Membership refund with recurring charges

I only wanted to take my family for one day, and the staff suggested that I just applied for the membership and could cancel any time. A month later I noticed recurring charges in my bank accounts and I requested a refund. I've contacted the office about it and no one seems to want to help but instead they're trying to get away with charging me for something that I did not want or did not use.

Discriminated Against/ Racially profiled

Today I visited the sky zone of Mt. Olive at 6 pm to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday along with my son my husband. What I thought would be a nice relaxing and fun evening with my family turned out to be a disaster. Both of my children had the proper sky zone socks, I paid for them to enjoy themselves and signed waivers. I purchased the 90 minutes jump time. Apparently a child who is a sky zone member complained to a worker stating my son didnt have sky zone socks when in fact he did and we confirmed this with Clare. I had an extra pair and had my son changed into another pair of sky zone socks. My husband was a little annoyed and told the kid to mind his business because the socks my son had were premium sky zone socks. My kids did absolutely nothing wrong but follow the rules and want to have fun. Unfortunately, we were asked to leave at 6:50 by one of the sky zone team members. I feel this is totally unacceptable and we were completely racially profiled and discriminated against because we are Hispanic and not members of sky zone. Members of sky zone apparently get to do and say what they want without any repercussions while my family suffered the consequences. I am absolutely appalled by the way my family was treated while this Caucasian kid gets to continue enjoying his jump time and get the red carpet treatment. I had to explain to my daughter on her birthday she did nothing wrong because she couldnt understand why we were ejected from your facility. We had informed two of the team members that this child was harassing my son and kicked him out of the jumping area they were in and nothing was done. But we were the ones who got ejected from the facility. Im so disgusted about how this was handled. If they needed my husband to leave then that would have been fine but my children shouldnt have had to pay the price for what that kid did and how he made my son feel. This was the worst birthday my daughter had to experience and no child should have to experience something like this or feel this way on their special day. Something needs to be done about this as I didnt even get my monies worth and was robbed of the time I paid for. We were definitely treated unfairly in this situation.

Very disappointed in the service

I was very dissatisfied it took 20 minutes for somebody to get assistance for the locker after five lockers none of the keys would come out even when the manager Sandy assisted

Over charged my bank account

I work in the social services sector mainly with children, I purchased a membership at sky zone for one of my clients and myself. After finishing my contract with the client I cancelled the membership in October 2021 as there would be no more need for it anymore, and long and behold check in my account in May of 2023 I realized sky zone continued to charge me for end of 2021 through 2022 and parts of 2023. Now Im waiting for them to reverse the funds they overcharged me. Hopefully they have a good customer service and get back to me ASAP.

My son was an employee and was improperly treated and forced out of your park. His supervisor performed illegal acts and want to file a formal complaint in the SkyZone in Schoenersville Rd in Bethlehem PA supervisor name is Ann Ruff.

Rude employees! Awful experience

What was supposed to be a wonderful experience turned out to be a expensive nightmare! I paid over $60 and ended up leaving early. This lady needs to be fired immediately! On October 14th around 4pm I took my kids (11, 4 and 15) to Sky zone, my son was meeting a few friends from school there. My son was running and a employee (Asian woman wearing a winter hat) yelled at him to stop running. He said he stopped running and started speed walking and thats when the employee blew her whistle and walked up to my son, so close that her stomach was touching his face than she looked down at him and screamed at him to stop yelling! She scared him so bad he came and got me with tears in his eyes. I than confronted the employee who immediately looked at my son and in a hostile tone said "stop lieing to your mom, you ran into me!" My son replied "no I didn't, I'm not lieing" and started to say what happened. I immediately told her not to ever do that again but she simply walked away with a smirk on her face. My son wanted to go home, he didn't even want to finish jumping with his friends. I went to the front desk to request to speak with a manager, as I was waiting for the manager I notice the employee was already speaking with her (im assuming she was trying to tell her side of the story before we did). The manager walked over to us and I explained to her what happened. She said she would look at the video to see if my son was telling the truth and if the employee indeed do this she would speak to her about personal space. The manager left to go view the video as we was waiting I told my son we should just leave because his sister (who is 4) was crying to go back jumping and she was going to flip out any minute. It was clear my son was to upset to continue. He asked if we can stay until the manager looks at the video, so she would know the truth. I told my son we had to leave. As we was walking out the manager ran into the parking lot to stop us. She said I didn't finish looking at the videos but I believe your son. She said the employee has had other complaints and she always has a rude attitude. The manager apologized and gave us a few free passes. Here's my concern, if this employee in fact has other complaints than why is she still employed? Why is she still working in a family environment with children? Why didn't the manager believe my son to begin with if this wasn't the first complaint? Anyways as soon as we got into the car my son broke down in tears! He asked why didn't I do more to help him. He didn't understand how this employee could do this to him, my son was devastated. This immediately broke my heart because I knew this lady had to really have scared my son for him to react this way. Furthermore today (Monday oct 18th) my son went to school and his friends immediately said that lady needs to be fired! My son asked what happened and apparently she did the same thing to him and another kid from there school. I looked online at other reviews and I see other complaints of a woman (not sure if its the same employee) but they experienced the same as my child did. I'm furious! I wish something more could be done! I wish I did more! My son won't stop talking about it. I wish I didn't have my 4 year old with me because I could have done more, she was pulling on me and crying to go back and play, my son was trying his hardest to hold back his tears and my 15 year old was so confused on what was happening because she didn't witness any of it (she kept asking me what happened). It was to much to take in with so much going on around me. What was supposed to be a fun experience turned about to be a awful memory that my son would never forget. And this woman continues to work there with her behavior and im worried with her temper she may actually hurt a child, if she already hasn't. Something needs to be done! I feel helpless. SKY ZONE IF SHE HURTS A CHILD BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE CAN NOT CONTROL HER ANGER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE
