My sky cell phone is not working properly I can't make any calls with this s cell phone
My Sky cell phone Is not working I tried to Make a call and It says Mobile network is not available connect to wireless network to make a call. I cant make a call because its not connected to T-Mobile and somebody called me from Los Angeles and told me to turn the phone off. Turn the phone on turn the phone off. Turn the phone on and I did that and its not working somebody please call me to get it straightened out.

There is NO customer service
I wanted to have front screen replaced. Tablet works fine, I am disabled and I dropped it! The website - for this tablet - directed me to a company that wrongfully charged me for help. I had to get my money back!!! No customer service for you???

Replace my SkyPad8
I've only had my Sky Pad 8 for about a month or so and it just stopped working the screen is blurred when I touch the screen it starts jumping up and down and I couldn't turn it off I had to let rhe battery charge go out. I really love my tablet I received it through government assistance. I use my tablet for everything and I hope you can please send me another one.thanks

Too get my sky tablet replaced
My device has not worked for a week after I received it I was ill. My granddaughter came home cleaned up and I just found my device again I just wanted to work I want to replace. Thank you so much for your time.

I never program a password The device asking for a password device is locked I cannot unlock it
I was sitting the device up programming all my information I said the device down we go do something came back which the screen cut itself off push the button on the side to cut it back on That's when he told me it's locked asking me for password I never put a password in the device

I can't remember when the device was mailed to me the I keep getting email I keep getting phone calls no one doing anything about unlocking this device no technician call to help to unlock the device.

Someone from tech support supposed to call yesterday never called I'm sitting here waiting for someone to call okay use the device cuz it won't be password like I said earlier I never program a password it's no use to me if I cannot use it So I'm hoping someone can help me or find some way for me to use a device or return this one do you see another one I don't know what to do please can I have some help Had the device ever since Friday and today is Tuesday

Having trouble with my sky device it is not working anymore
My device has a long green bar on the screen of my device and I can't even turn it on as you can see it turns on and then turns back off on that icon

Got in the mail. Advertised as free tablet for anyone on any type of government program (incl Medicaid). I realize it's free and everything and not expecting top quality but it should be functional. It does not work and the customer service numbers and emails are both out of service. A recording answers only in Spanish (what about all the English speaking users)? Very frustrating. Then a few days ago someone called they shut it off because I didn't use it. I said that's because the free internet won't work. They did not help except for turning it back on. Still no internet. Free tablet but I guess you have to pay for an internet provider and it comes with no data. Mad as ***. At least I didn't lose any $. I feel sorry for people if they paid and got such shoddy customer service. And the directions don't mention how to set up the internet and are in such tiny font you need a magnifying glass to read.
