Mfg headphones

So I bought these at Walmart. Ive had them for a week and then I lost the receipt but I could still prove I paid for it with my bank card and yet still couldnt get a refund so imagine how absolutely unhappy this customer was considering I had to throw those headphones away. Everything really is a one star except customer service is a zero star.

Too many negative interactions with customer service

I was charged for 2 pair of ear buds and only received one pair. I would like the second pair refunded. I just got an email stating they will refund me. It hasnt been done yet however it can take a few days. I love the quality of Skull candy but the customer service is awful. I wont make any more purchases thats for sure!!!

Delayed order delivery issue

What the *** is this all... I had ordered pair of earbuds on 5july 2023 and it was delivered damaged ... First of all they do not offer return policy...then i ordered for exchange ... The product was taken frim me on 10 th july and till now .. Therehas been no update regarding the correct order delivery ... My money is already stuck and i have not receieved my earbuds and its already more than 20 days ... Even customer care do not respond ... And when they respond they only day that we are raising our request ... we will delivr it to you sooner but there is no update and has not been delivered... Am done with his company ... Am gonna tweet about this whole issue and would recommned everyone not to purchase any product from this brand.

I m from Hyderabad, India. One of my earbuds is not working Please do needful I am facing worst services in india n while returning product also unable to raise the ticket through Skullcandy main web site also . Next time I won't preferable this product at all n please improve all services
