I have completed all the requirements for the skip the dishes but, yet my account is not active why? Almost 5 to 6 months.

I have had several issues with Skip the Dishes, this last one occurred just now. I ordered some McDonalds, the food arrived, I opened the bag and found the food was nothing like what I had ordered. It was the wrong order, it happens, I was upset because it's late, I'm hungry and I need to get to bed soon, this will now set me back at least 45 minutes, but I understand and Im a fairly patient person. I go ahead and contact Skip through the order support chat, I say hello, my order number is auto generated from my receipt, I wait, no response, I ask if anyone is there, no response, I waited 5 minutes no response. I leave the chat and go back to the receipt and use the "Self help feature" where you can request a refund. I answer the appropriate questions, selecting the items affected (All of them) and submit. I get a response saying, someone at Skip will review and accept or decline my request and to keep an eye out on my email. I head over to my email and find I already have a response, "We're sorry, but we cannot issue a refund for your items, thanks for using Skip". This was infuriating, now instead of getting the process of re-ordering my food, Im getting stuck in the back and fourth of trying to get my refund. I used the chat function AGAIN and got no one for 10 minutes. Eventually I went back to the chat and found a message waiting for me, I finally spoke with someone who didnt care at all about what I had to deal with, who issued me "Skip credits" for me to re-order my food. It has now been 1 hour since the first time I ordered my food and Im currently still waiting for my food. I use Skip because I found it easier than UBEReats but I cant handle the AWFUL customer service. Skip the Dishes, as a middle man, should at the very LEAST give decent customer service for when issues inevitably happen. ***UPDATE*** My new re-ordered order has not been delivered (1.5 hours later) although it is marked as delivered. This company is a *** joke.

My food was delivered to the wrong address

Nothing. It says the number is not in in service and im getting no answer. This is the 2nd time now skip has mess up our order.

Satisfactory

I opened my account more than a year ago . I bought a bag online to start right away. But I couldnt open my accounts since then. I need to work in this company very much because my friends earn good amounts of money. I would like to work full time shift in this company. Thank you for your help in advance.

My food never got delivered

I ordered food today. It says delivered but I never recieved the food. I'm fasting and I'm starving now. Skip the dishes helpline number is not responding as well. Such frustrating experience!!

Mistreatment

I have an order that was placed in the buildings entrance it was not delivered do my apartment i usually order to the same address I tried to get help fro the chat team but they didnt help or care and now i want to know what will happen and is it ok to do what your curier did?? He didnt even contact me to let me know where he dropped it.. i did not recive my order at all..

Missing food

OI ordered 3 happy meals, 1 was missing the chicken nuggets, the other 2 had everything in it. My bag was also opened. I contacted support online, got nothing but ignorance they credited 6.88 for the happy meal, I dont want a credit I want the nuggets as 2 children got their food and the 3rd got fries, even if I was to re order I have to re pay delivery, fees and tip as Im speaking with support I get Im sorry this is going no where after 36 mins and chat closed. What kind of service is that? Also I dont want a dam credit I want my cash back just as you took it out of my bank account when I placed my order for YOUR delivery person to steal my childs dinner. Also shows they refunded 2 amounts they did NOT.

Unreasonable solution

Missing items from order. Contacted Skip on Chat. They rubbed me off as not important enough to service. I continue to have short items. Thus history can be found on my purchase hustory and credits.

Order number 54492**** I want a Refund I paid 53 dollars and all I got is one can it should have been a pack of 15 I need my money back this is robbery every time i tried to contact your agents they ignore me its been 3 days i need my money back

Wrong order delivered and no resolution

I had ordered alcoholic beverages through skip and i got a wrong order , I understand your policy that alcoholic beverages are not eligible for a refund. I started a conversation on the chat, but the agent just left the chat without any resolution. This happened to me for the second time I was unable to capture it the first time, but I have screenshots of the second time it happened. You should make the customer understand the policy, but not leave the chat. This poorly reflects on the company and customer service levels.

Deranged delivery guy

I did not order skip the dishes but had a very disturbing encounter with a skip the dishes delivery guy. I was walking up to my condos front entryway, when I saw a skip the dishes delivery guy park in our handicap stall and proceed into the building. As he was waiting for the elevator, I kindly let him know he couldnt park in the handicap stall, that it is reserved for those with mobility issues. He arrogantly told me he can park anywhere he wants. Which I let him know that he cant, and could be towed. He followed by saying the tow truck wont get here fast enough. I replied watch, it will be. The elevator arrived, he got in and I was getting in as well and he told me to get out (btw I live in this condo building), he shouted assault (when clearly that was not happening). FYI, this man was a big and husky man. I am (F), 5-4, thin. He called me racist out of nowhere (btw I am a minority and so was he). He stuck his phone in my face while video recording, saying he has proof, when he had absolutely zero proof other than his phone in my face. He got off the 2nd floor where I found out he told the resident of where he delivered to, there was a a crazy lady trying to assault him with scissors. This escalated from zero to 100 in seconds. This individual should not be going to peoples homes making deliveries, he is not right in the head. Shouting Assault for no reason to try to attract negative attention, is a clear sign of a sociopath.

No one is helping me online

I literally had to beg them to change the address as I mistakenly ordered to my college, and they said that the delivery guy wasBe very been informed but still delivered to my college. The person helping me online on skip support left the chat when I told them that it has been delivered but not to my address. I was only given $9 back from the $25 bill. Very disappointed. Not at all helpful

Received the wrong order from a different restaurant then I ordered from!!!

Hello, I am very disappointed in the service from skip the dishes driver Mohit and customer service agent Nav. S I placed my order at 7:32pm. and received an alert my order was delivered. When I went outside I found 2 bags of KFC. Not the bags that I ordered from Ho Fung Chinese Restaurant. When I contacted customer service I was advised they could refund my order and contact the restaurant to make sure this does not happen again! I explained no this had nothing to do with the restaurant but to do with your company and driver! I have a family to 6 to feed and when I asked why can they not contact the driver to bring the correct food they said they were not allowed as per the guidelines. When asked what to do with the wrong order I was advised we could eat it. There was not enough food to feed my family so I had to put to get something for them. The purpose of this service to have food delivered and not go out to get something. Not only did I place my order, delivered with the wrong complete order or company that I ordered from, I had to go out at 845 to get food for my family! The agent offered 5 dollar credit for this "concern". My apologies but this is not a concern this is a screw up within the company and driver.

Refund missing

I was told I would get my refund in 10 business days but never received it. And when I talked to customer service I was told it was in skip credits when it was not and I already made it absolutely clear I wanted a refund back to my card. they told me i I would have to wait another 10 business days wich in total made it 20 business days for a refund. When I tried to ask if there was anything I could do about it I received another bot saying hello how can we help you and the chat got ended on theyre part.

Fed up with the terrible service and disrespect

I have had it with skip. Nearly everytime we order (which sadly is too often) we have items missing. I report it to skip and only half the time do they refund for the missing items. I tell them this happens nearly every time and I feel targeted and they say they will do better and it gets worse not better. Today an entire pizza was missing and skip refused to refund. They say because I've complained too much and they don't believe me. I complain because it happen nearly every time ! Sometimes its an item that is only 5 bucks and sometimes like today it is 12 bucks plus delivery fees and tip, and when this happen nearly everytime it racks up to a lot of money. These couriers are eating the food I pay for and thats called theft ! I want my money back. I want my item refunded and the delivery fee and the tip. I want complaints made against these couriers and I want the service to improve. This is canada and our cost of living is high and we have a right to receive proper service that we pay for !!! When did the "customer is always right" policy go out the door ? When did it become ok to call your customer a liar and refuse to fix the issue caused by your employees, or they don't care because the couriers are considered independent contractors ?? Get real !!! U owe us proper service and proper respect ! When I lived in a house before moving to an apt, the couriers would constantly drop our orders off at the neighbour's or say they couldn't find (my clearly marked) addressed house. They would ask me to come outside in the dark to collect it from their vehicles, often times down the street. (For the record i lived (and still do) in a nice and safe suburban area. Once in the summer the courier walked around the block several times looking for our house carrying the icecream cake we ordered, which was absolutely melted garbage, and tried to then hand it to me over a fence from the neighbour's yard. Like wtf ? This is the service we are paying for ?? The numbers were clearly displayed on the front of my house just like everyone else and the front was wide open and visible to see the address, but as soon as u tell them to use the back door they can't figure out where u live or how a sidewalk clearly visible down the side of your house works ?? (That has lights as well) so there was absolutely no reason for them to keep not finding it. Honestly everyone should boycott skip so we can maybe get some better service cause this is ridiculous already. If doordash, ubereats and instacart had lower fees they would get all the service, but I guess u have to pay high fees to get proper service. Which is unfair.

My courier threw my food

It was disgusting I have never seen anything so awful. The respect for someones food is not there. And to get my money back I had to be on a chat for almost 2 hours

Well it’s been about a month now and still ZERO contact from skip the dishes. I’ve replied to the two ongoing emails I have opened up and even started a new email without my claim number in it in the hopes that maybe I’d get a answer, but still nothing.

Where do I even start? On vacation, in a hotel, ordered some beer after a very long and hard day. The order took forever to get here first off driver said skip app sent her the wrong address and was at a different hotel ten mins away. Driver said for her to drive to the area I was shed need to contact skip and blah blah blah but! For $5 more shed bring it to me. Thought that was a little odd as if she needed extra money for travel due to skips screw up then she should take it up with them but whatever, its $5 and I wanted my order so I agreed. 20 mins later she shows up and now all a sudden its $20 extra??? I laughed and said no.. you can take the order back and Ill cancel she back pedals and said ok ok, the $5 will do I proceeded to get the money out and she again demanded the extra $20. I got extremely aggravated and said I dont want the order and Id cancel it with skip she yelled a few things across the hotel lobby at me but I proceeded to the elevator. Ok, so that happened which was bad enough BUT!!! What was even worse was the so called help I got from the skip chat line. Gets a guy online explains situation, says to give him 3 minutes to look into situation about 4 different times then so n so has left chat??? Replys again gets a different person, has to explain the entire situation alllll over again, gets the same give me 3 minutes BS about another 5 times and tells me order was delivered as per courier I inform her that NO, the order was not delivered and that I wanted a refund immediately, then claims to look into it again and again says order was delivered, so again I tell her no and that I left her with the order. So, I proceeded to the lobby and asked the lady on the front desk (who witnessed the entire ordeal) what the driver had done with the order, she informed me that the driver took the order back, I relay this message back to the girl on the chat line and she replys with sorry we can not refund order THE END! No follow up, no reply to my repeated messages asking why. I start a new chat no answer I email their customer support email the email dont exist, I try and call the 2 phone numbers on their web site still nothing. By far, the worst customer service Ive EVER received in my entire life and theyll never see another dime from me.
