Hello, the flight we booked made a huge change, theyre no longer arriving at Salt Lake City. The flights dramatically change to a different airport so we can no longer use this flight. We would like to get a full refund back to the credit card. Confirmation: GWAIGH Minh Pham

I tried changing my flight date with Virgin Atlantic that was booked through Skiplagged. I called virgin Atlantic airways and was told to contact Skiplagged because the flight was booked through them. My flight is tomorrow so I need to change it today please (asap).

I dont want to fly through such third parties agents. Need refund for my canceled flight. They charge the service fee and dont provide refund for it. This is very awful. Never in future i will repeat this.

Totally disappointing situation
On yesterday I had one of the worst traveling experiences in a all of my 40 year of traveling I was introduced to this company recently and right of way I shouldve taken note and backed out of the reservation when I started to receive multiple emails stating that I had made multiple one-way reservations for the same day by I booked my original trip to Los Angeles. But I went ahead after talking with United airlines to clear up the matter, and got the unauthorized reservations removed,but once I got to the airport yesterday morning, I discovered that my bags would not get off with me at my final destination. It was going to go on to Las Vegas which was not !! my final destination I would have to have it sent back to my home which may take a couple of days it took so long dealing with the situation at the ticket counter, I missed my flight because the airlines told me the only thing they could do was send me to my final destination or I would have to abandon my luggage which was a No that was a no I ended up flying to Las Vegas because United airlines could not do anything with the ticket other than to fly me there then I had to purchase another ticket from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, which ended up totally being six more hours than the original trip and about $300 more than the ticket I purchased, I could not contact anyone at Skiplagged because there is no 800 number neither did I get any help you left on your own thats why they tell you dont bring a check in bag What they are doing is illegally blocking inventory from the major at airlines in order to give you a cheaper fare, but if Something Happens youre on your own, I will never use this website again. Hope you wont either.
