Poor Service
Bought the Ultimate and Standard . The ultimate arrived as stated but the Standard didnt arrive Waited 3 weeks before they would send me a new Standard . A replacement is now on its way. The Ultimate arrived and it was not compatible with my Zodiac hose so I had to buy and adaptor. This device is so sensitive that it can rip and suck in air . There is no swivel when using it with a pool floor robot so it will always get the hose tangle up causing it to flip and suck on water The free trial is BS as you have to pay around $45 to Send it back , (free if faulty) they insinuated that the free trial was started from delivery of the ultimate not when the adaptors arrived . But made an exception in my case but tried to scaremonger me by listing about 15 things that could be inspected meaning they wont refund me if it didnt passed the returning line new test . Meaning that I would then have to pay another shipping to get the product sent back to me or they would discard it . The customer service is dreadful and there is no number to speak to a human .

Defected item. Item not working. Very very bad customer service. Wont refer to anyone. They dont answer your call. Dont buy from this company.

Lost order
The product was not delivered. I tried to call they only a copy calls from comercial clients. Website customer service is restricted and tells me order delivered when it wasn't.

Absolute garbage! Don’t waste your money on it
I bought this piece of garbage off Facebook, it restricts the water flow to my pump. I returned it within the seven day period. They never credited my charge card. I had to put a dispute in . Skim around is fighting it. I got charged $72 for a piece of crap that I returned. Do not buy this .

Won't refund all of your money if product isn't in 100% new condition.
Didn't work for our pool. Not a big deal since they have a "free trial period." They said it was scratched when I returned it and they only gave me a partial refund, which took 3 weeks before it was approved. It was likely scratched because it didn't work in our pool and floated in the skimmer. I had to pay $15 to ship it back and with only a partial refund - they gigged me $10 for a scratch, my total refund for returning it, less the $ for shipping it back, was $5. BUYER BEWARE.

Its most disgusting that your company doesnt have a call in customer service number. You may have the most wonderful product in the world but it becomes completely useless and hopeless if one cannot call in to a customer service center and have simple questions answered

Customer service is non existent. You can get anyone in the phone at all, no way! Product requires my pool pump to be running higher RPM. We had to use rocks to keep basket down. Not worth the money!

It’s a scam, folks
It works as far as water moves through it and it traps leaves. It does not increase the suction a bit. When the pump shuts off, it floats. When the pump comes back in, it still floats! It doesnt get sucked down and seated so the skimmer basket is completely bypassed and the junk goes to the pump basket. Their solution was to crank more suction through it. That worked but also created a whirlpool effect which sucked in air so that the pump cavitated. My former truck with lots of fine surface crap was to close everything but the skimmer line. I was already doing that before wasting money on this pile of junk. Its in the trash. Lesson learned.

The skim around has two parts the top and the bottom . The top part has four arms or what ever you call them, well they broke .

The skim around has four arms on the top part this connects the top to the bottom, the top piece on mine broke, I attached photos because its hard for me to explain.
