Previously my free trial had ended and I was charged an outrageous amount they didnt want to pay. I emailed customer service and they gave me the mess around in resolving the issue. They assured me that my account was canceled however they would need the card that I used to receive a refund. I couldnt find the card that I used and therefore I cut it as a loss. To my surprise my account got *** charged $180 I didnt authorize again ! I want this problem solved before I sue skill share for stealing. I will not be sending you an email I will be calling. If you cannot contact me directly via phone call youll be hearing from my lawyer. You can contact me at 419-690-****. This is absolute garbage!!!

Cancelled subscription but was still charged for the entire year
Hello, I cancelled my free trial and yet I was still charged for the yearly subscription. And as a college student I am now in the negative amount in my bank. I would truly appreciate it the payment was waived, or I will go to my bank to file a false charge. Thank you.

Friends referal page is preventing login
Skillshare has a friends referral page that popped up after a few weeks. This page prevents me from logging in. I guess I HAVE to refer a friend. Pretty low. Shady.
