I was employed by this company when ut was Sykes. In several locations. I applied at the fort smith location,which us now foundever. I was interviewed and then told Iwas not rehireable. I called the office to ask why. The woman who answers the phone told me, we dont do at@t accounts. We do bank accounts. I mean...what a dummy, all locations don't have the same accounts,I told her this. The information was incorrect,lies. I was actually and literally harassed by a co worker, HR would do nothing. They messed with my car and threatened my safety,soI quit. They stated I abandoned my job. Not that I want to work for them its a *** company,I just needed a job. But...they need to get it together. Unreal!!

I'm trying to get my PTO paid when I left the company. My last day was June 2 and I was told I would get paid as long as the hours were entered into the payroll for June 30. I sent an email to my TL I had and he stated he entered them but doesn't know why I didn't get paid. He was under the assumption that they can pay these wages whenever they want and they have to be paid in the last payroll.

Hey, I need to make a complaint about a supervisor that fired me because of onboarding papers that were supposed to fill out before a due date that was never addressed by any of my managers and team leaders. I want to speak to somebody that's higher because that is not fair to the people that work for you guys to be treated!

Worst company to work with. Very Irregular staff and no communication. After training no one is bothered about you or ready to help and the communication is very low class. Their scripts for call center are all vague. There's too much micro management. Please think before you work here. Very less salary and way more work. Work here if you like to hear customers cursing you every day and abusive language.

Hey I have been with the company sine 08/01/2022 and worked with UHC. Since all the changes I have not been able to work since February of 2023 and I have bills and children to feed.
