I cannot receive a signal after three receivers and three antennas. Im using an onyx receiver and an SXSD2 speakers

Customer service doesnt help you. They lie all the time
I wasted 1 hour on the phone. They said it was resolved, and it is not resolved at all. Customer service doesn't care. They lie and tell you what you want to hear, but they do not do anything. I had a simple disconnect cancel service issue, but NO, it is still on. All they want to do is take your money. They kept saying can we add your new car radio? I said how much they said $24.99 a month, I said NO. There is a $5 plan, they said OH, yeah, I forgot about that one. SURE you did. Then they want my bank info. No WAY NEVER. I hung the phone up. I can't deal with idiots like this.

Needed to cancel - sold car . Was able to get 4 month promotion plus a heavily discounted rate . I do believe however I will be calling at the end of promotional rate - and then decide to keep or not .

My right leg was amputated on 12/29/21. I have not driven since 11/21 and my car is not registered now. Imagine how surprised I was to find I was being charged over $24 monthly for a service I wasn't able to use. I only got home from a rehab facility 6/28 after nearly 4 months and have been trying to catch up my life. My car registration expired over a year ago. And finding your rates had increased me from a special low rate. I was agasted. I cannot afford that for music. So we must say adieu.

I am unable to get one of my vehicles reengaged. I am not happy with your service. I also found it impossible to proceed with your website. To re-engage the one vehicle that is not receiving shares.

I would rate them a zero if I could! Company auto renews without informing you. You must call them and go through all their BS. I have been a customer for over 20 years and my subscription ended 9/8/2022 and just found out today that they had been charging my cc for the MAX amount by the month. Chatted on their website and explained the situation. They offered only to credit me with basically one month and put me on a discounted monthly rate that I can cancel at anytime. After my one month I will cancel. They should be investigated by the FTC! BEWARE, THEY ARE THEIVES!

I was caught it 15 for Sirius radio and you guys check the price of five times the amount. Also had no knowledge of it.
I signed a contract with CVS radio for $4.99 a month and the bill is 23.99 a month. I definitely need to correct it.. my wife said shes gonna kill me for paying that amount of money

Not able to activate new service on a second vehicle
Customer service sucked, and it was hard to understand with the persons accent, but she was nice, but she definitely was not able to help. I had to repeat the numbers four times.

Questioning a charge in my account. The representative answered my question and attended to it right away. Sometimes a little hard to understand her, but she repeated herself when asked.

They just go and take my Greyhound money randomly because they didn't get paid, they don't even have a cancel button you have to call to cancel
it's just simply ridiculous just as the title implies you have to call to cancel, so after they withdrew 9.40 from my cash app card I wasn't able to get $50 cash back so I called them they get a refund and they tell me that even known I didn't use any of the service that they could only give me six of it back, when I begged and pleaded and hound family members friends people around me acquaintances to have enough money to not be homeless in Austin, and i told them it's my likelihood money that y'all took but it didn't matter it didn't matter that I didn't use the service and it didn't matter that the fact that they don't have an easy way to cancel the service without calling and listening to a bunch of crap with the automated calling system, Sirius XM is really a trap like that, not cool at all they have a very stripping way of making money
