Poor Customer Service - Failed to deliver holiday cards and made it my problem

Order for holiday cards was submitted on the 16th well before the holidays and as of Jan 2 still no cards delivered to our friends and family. Customer Service is incapable of assistance. Quality Control provided not response beyond email. I'd not recommend this experience for anyone.

A problem with Christmas Card order

Problem documented on 12/17 when cards arrived with photo identification of card.my daughter chin was cut off due to the editor changes things. I documented my concerns with a very mediocre customer service agent. We have been long term customers using D Simply to Impreds for Save the Date cards for this same daughter 6 years to the day of cards arrival . I also got 2 inserts for my cards - one showing my step.grandson in his navy uniform. He finished 1st out of 600 recruits after finishing. college at Furman. My other grandson portrays Andre Jackson at a famous museum in Nashville. Even after the mess up I ordered another order of the family digs celebrating UGA for the University of Georgia where the majority of our family graduated or will.I asked for 50 off since I had worked 10 or more hours and the agent refused. I said that could keep envelopes. Then I promised contact by the design team today. I called 3 times today and no contact ever occurred.

Christmas card

I was informing you that the square 5x5 cards that I purchased required 39 more cents postage because of the size. They are non machinable. It cost me 99 cents per card to mail. With the price of the card and postage it was 2 dollars per card to send. Had I known this in advance I would have picked a different card. Please make this known to patrons before they purchase. Thank you.

Poor print quality of my Christmas cards

Customer service had a full email, so I called and was 38th in line to talk to someone my cards were so washed out you couldnt even see faces on the picture They told me their art department could not fix the printing issue. They said they will issue a refund if I return the cards. I will not be using this company again!

It’s almost impossible to get a live rep on the phone. The website is misleading when it says ships in 1 day. I didn’t realize that this did not include processing time. Had I realized the long pr.

It is almost impossible to get a live customer service representative on the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes. The website is misleading. I ordered cards that said delivered the next day and paid extra. It didnt make it clear to me that this did not include processing time. Had I known that there was the processing time., I would have used another vendor.

The cardsI ordered for Christmas are so light you can’t see who’s in the pictures

I chated on line for 45 different times, still nothing back from So I called and still didnt get anywhere. The gal said they are getting a lot of calls and it may take a day or so for the printing team to decide what to do? If It takes much longer I want a refund. Not happy this time. I have ordered before and have never had a Issue.

Promotion Discount

I would give less stars if I could. Will never use this company again. I submitted my order for Xmas cards, with 50%off, return address envelopes, and free shipping. I cancelled the order because I realized I used a wrong picture. I resubmitted the order within 15minutes, and only got 35%off, no envelopes and now paying shipping and tax. When my husband checked the site on his phone it would offer him 50% off but as a return customer, they only gave me a 35% discount. Spoke to customer service, the woman was quite nice, but when she explained situation to another department, they refused to honor it. Youve LOST a returning customer! Very unprofessional of the team in charge of resolving customer complaints! This is why Shutterfly is so much better! No longer doing business with this company or their sister business. Simply to impress is a joke I am disgusted how they try to fix their mistakes

The only reason why I was using this website was the fact that they guarantee your satisfaction or your money back, none of that is true. This company doesn't care about customers. If there is a problem with your order, it's on you. They don't stand behind their words or work. I am trying to post negative feedback for this company on every single side that's possible, I want people to know how simply to impress, scams people and ruins Christmas. You can read how they try to fix the mess with my order this company is a joke We are very sorry that your order didn't turn out as expected! Thank you for the snapshots! Just got scam by this shady websites.

This website guarantees 100% satisfaction or your money back. Please don't fall for that. I called customer service 3x because my cards were garbage. They offer me a reprint for additional charges for the cards that I already paid for. I explain the situation and the problem with shipping. Because I'm sending the cards internationally, it takes longer. The cards will never arrive for Christmas, and I don't really think I should be charged for something I already paid for. A person from the customer service told me that I have to wait from 4 to 6 business days for their decision. If they're going to print and ship the cards to me, or I will get the refund, today is December 5. Maybe I should ask for the card to be changed as the Easter cards. That's how this website is taking care of their customers. I couldn't be more disappointed. I should learn my lesson from previous problems that I had with this website. But for some reason I never did till now Please don't make the same mistakes. use different website. You don't need a headache before Christmas. I hate SIMPLY TO IMPRESS with all my heart they ruined not only my Christmas, but the Christmas for grandmas and grandpas that theyre waiting for the carts.
