Do Not Order items from Simply Frog
I ordered a flower girl dress from this site for $53.90. Was charged immediately for the item and shipping but have not received the item. I did receive an order confirmation email (order #1629). I never received a shipping conformation or tracking number. I have called and emailed the company on numerous occasions with no response. I have filed a complaint with paypal who will attempt to contact the company, giving them 10 days to refund the money or send the dress. I do not want the dress now and hope for a refund. 2 dresses never delivered Order #1543
We've ordered two dresses for our girls for $52.95 each, we were charged a total of $117.85 (includes shipping) we never received these items and tried to call to get a tracking number, their phone listed on the website is never answered by anyone. Beware of this company, they will rip you off. The only person that I've talked to one time is Steve M (assumed to be the owner) here is his cell phone 909-255-**** (also listed on the web)VERY DISSAPOINTED!! This person company should be persecuted and closed, it is not fair for the next customer to be exposed to such unfairness.

PLEASE READ!! I ORDERED A DRESS ON MARCH 7,2013 AND OF COURSE MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED RIGHT AWAY. AS IT APPROACHED WEEK TWO I ATTEMPTED TO CALL COMPANY AND VOICEMAIL WAS FULL. I FOUND OUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE GOOD REVIEWS. I CALLED THEM AND EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES. ON MARCH 21,2013 I CHK MY MAIL AND THERE WAS MY SIXTY-FIVE DOLLAR DRESS ALL BALLED UP IN A PAPER ENVELOPE!!!!!!!!!!!! WRINKLED AS ***. THIS IS A JOKE!!! NEVER AGAIN... THIS COMPANY HAS TOOK SO MANY CONSUMERS FOR A RIDE, IT IS OUT OF CONTROL!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. GO TO DILLARDS OR BELKS!

Didn't get dress
We Ordered an easter dress, of course our credit card was immediately charged $50 the next day, but weeks later no dress and no response. We have Left multiple emails and attempted to call company, and their voice box is full. The number provided on their site, when you call, is a different name all together. Seriously, what the heck. Why can't hear guys be stopped.? I guess I should have done a consumer review before I ordered a dress. Any ideas to get your money back? And how to file officially with the BBB? These guys have to be stopped

I ordered twice dresses for my granddaughter , for a family wedding , simply frog took the money, have been waiting since December 2012, wedding has happened, these thieves have no conscious , Please do not order from them they will just take you money....sad to think *** prey on hard working people...BEWARE! This company must pay for deceiving trusting people ordering for children , such a low act : ( now my granddaughter will have grown out of the dresses I ordered and paid for twice,I have emailed simply frog hundreds of times with no response, this is a warning Do not order from this fraudulent company....to the people who are behind this fraudulent company ... Never got the goods!!
I used to order from Cutie Clothes and never had a problem. I received good quality clothes at a good price at least three times. I went to order again and was redirected to Simply Frog who supposedly bought the company. I selected my items, entered my credit card and placed my order. I never got an email confirmation. In fact, nothing happened except that my credit card was charged. I tried to contact the company - the phone does not work and emails go who knows where. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charges. Because I had had such good luck with the previous company and I really wanted the items, I tried again with the exact same results!! Shame on me!! Do not order from the company. It is simply a sham. I tried to get American Express interested because they should not allow charges from this company. If you have had a similar experience, please report.

Where's the jacket?!
Ordered a girls faux fur white bolero jacket for my daughters first communion, wish I'd realized this site was a scam before I debited the $70! No response to email, and (big surprise!) no working phone number. In touch with our bank to take our money back from these crooks. Not sure if the business address is even valid, however, I do intend to file a complaint with California's Better Business Bureau/Fraud Bureau. It's a shame that people like this ruin the trust for future online purchases. Stay far away from this site. Don't loose your money to these people.

I ordered a dress for my daughters 1st birthday. My credit card was charged immediately but I never received any confirmation or tracking number on my package. I called the number that was listed numerous times and there was no Answer and their voice mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. Sent a few emails regarding my order for information & no response. Its a week later and of course no package containing my dress and no Response to any emails. Still have tried to call the number and no answer. Buyers be aware!! Do not order anything from this site! I don't believe it's a true business! I think it's someone scamming people out of money! I will report this site! Wish someone warned me because unfortunely I needed the dress for my daughters party!
