Unable to contact simply fit board

The board cracked and there seems to be no way to contact the company. The website doesnt work and any phone number I find is not valid. The company has horrendous customer service.

Board breaking issue

I weigh 240, board limit 400. Board is cracking down the middle. How do I get it replaced? Is it defective? If it snaps while using is that a lawsuit if I am hurt?

My board is cracked

I like using it but its cracked. I just wanted to know if you guys back up your products. I dont have my receipt anymore. But I only weight 160 I dont think that weight should crack the board.

Simply fit boards two of mine have cracked after 2 months of using them.

I have two simply fit boards one purple, and one orange purchased from Walmart. They both split on in the middle on the edges about 2 inches after using them for 2 months. I cannot find my receipts, and Walmart will not take them back I have photos of proof where they split ,but I don't see an area where I can add a photo.

Question about product

Trying to find if 'Simply Fit Board' comes in different sizes? From what I've read they are about 26 inches wide or long.. Do they come in different sizes and if so how can I order one. Your help would be appreciated.

You took money

Why and who gave you permission to steal my money. As I had never heard of this company yet somehow they managed to take money from my account. They say that they are just a billing service but they wouldn't let me know who the money was for

It broke.

I liked the board but it broke. I used it only 4 times. I saw it on Shark Tank. I hope Shark Lori is aware of this substandard product. Doesn't speak well of her and the manufacturer.

Broken board

This is the 2nd board that has split inhalf after 4 months of use. I am not overweight. 140 lbs and 5 ft 4 inches tall. After the first one broke. I figured it was an isolated incident; so I bought another one and after 4 months, it too cracked. Something needs to be done about this defect! Not a happy customer. Kathy Heckard

Cracked fit board

Bought the board in 2017. Has 2 cracks in it. Wont replace due to being over 60 days. I thought the board wont ever crack or break. Only weigh 130lbs.

My Simply Fit board cracked within 6 months.

My Simply Fit board cracked within 6 months of using it. Over the phone, their customer service told me that they only warranty the boards for 60 days. On top of that, they aren't making the product any longer. After my Pissed Consumer email, I received confirmation that they will replace the board. I received my replacement today. Thank you for your help.board. I received my replacement in the mail toboardemail, I

My Board cracked!

This company offers no customer service! They basically told me..."too bad". Horrible!

I bought my board in April. I use it 2-3 times per week (and I love the workouts). Today, it cracked in half. Says it supports 400 lbs and I am not even 200! Amazon gave me a partial credit, but I would like to send this back to you and get a new one.

It broke in half!

I purchased the Simply Fit board in April 2020. I love the workouts and the accessibility of videos on YouTube. The board is easy and fun to use. I used it maybe twice a week since April. It's now November and my board broke in half yesterday during a workout! No resolution from Simply Fit Customer Service. Can't even buy another one - they are sold out. They should replace my board at no cost. Hopefully, they are making them out of a more durable material.

I like this board! Great especially during corona virus!

For those complaining about the board not coming, I was there myself. However, we are in the middle of a pandemic and I am sure they are backlogged especially since this board is a perfect workout tool For the current climate where gyms are closed and people are on lockdown. It also takes up no space whatsoever. As for the floor issues, GET THE MAT! I cant believe that people dont have the common sense to recognize that if they dont put a mat or protective layering on their floors that the floors around going to get damaged. It took about a month for delivery but I got two boards. Now as far as your boards breaking theres many reasons why that can happen if youre standing still on the board with both feet level thats going to put more pressure on the middle of the board so if you have to stop dont stop standing on the middle stop with 1 foot to one side because its fine when youre in motion but if you put dead weight evenly on both sides its going to split the board. I happened to be a professionally trained dancer so I know how to use my body weight to prevent that whereas the average person may not know that so if you have to stop for a minute on the board just make sure you stop with your foot either to the left side or to the right side and not even because It will put more pressure on the middle of the board and make it snap. Also warning, when you start this work out it is imperative that you hold onto something because you really could fall and break your neck it takes time to get your balance for people that are complaining about knee pain and lower back pain I would suggest making sure you stretch those muscles before and after your work out and also you can do the work out and still get the same work out if you need to hold on for support because youre moving your body so if you feel like it takes two months to balance on the board and get the movement in the work out you can hold onto a wall or a bed post which is what I do. As in any work out if your form is improper you can get injured and hurt I do not think its the board I think its that some people dont stretch before and after their workout which can cause injury and therefore may be off try not to Start out fast look up the low impact workout on YouTube and start slow and do what you can do until you build up. most of all dont move fast because thats gonna be too jerky on the knee. you have to make sure that the whole leg is moving so that you dont twerk your knee. If you dont have that big of a rotation then make your movements smaller until you gain more flexibility in the range of motion of your twist. With that said, I love this board its a great work out I dont have to worry about risking my life and going to the gym and getting some coronavirus theres tons of workouts online all different levels in fact I would say to do the low impact simply fit board work out first because the work out that they have on the video that they give you to me seems like a much more advanced work out and that could be why people are getting hurt. Also if youve had any past knee injuries then of course your knees may be more prone to injury and you should consult your doctor and make sure that that kind of movement wouldnt cause a re-injury of the joint
