Telehealth
I have found no way to simply pick up a phone and get real time technical support. That's disgusting. I can only sporadically get on the telehealth where I'm actually connecting with my client. I have to start and restart my computer. Or go back to doxy. Very unprofessional and beyond frustrating. Sign up for Therapy Notes of you want customer support.

I can’t get any support in a timely manner
I cant get any support in a timely manner. This interferes with my income. Please address this and fix this. I see that other people have complained about this aspect of Simple Practice.
