MRI scheduled last week they canceled and gave me another appointment been here over an hour and they say at least another 35 minutes. Will never make an appointment in anthem.

They can't keep there equipment working. And they just keep making appointments so no one gets there appointment on time.

Always have to wait 2- 4 hours for a mammogram every year even with an appointment I’ve gone thur a surgery quicker i hate it waiting that if they do find cancer I would say thank you now I can die

I hate coming to Simon Med for an mammogram every year because even with an appointment and labs When I check in they cant find them I as the patient is supposed to have a Harvard degree an update re-education the doctors on why Im here for a returning visit. An then when I get to the office the doctors are running behind the staff didnt work here last year and everyone is very busy and dont have time to be patient with the patient so the patient has to pay pay and pay and wait and be patient with the doctors and the staff because. Im the patient

Stole My Money

They made me pay out of pocket when I had insurance. I paid $630 in January 2023 only to find out a few months later my insurance had paid for all but $75 of it. They owe me $554, which they admitted to me and my insurance provider (spoke to both via 3 way phone call in April). I was told that it had been processed and promised I'd receive my money very soon, and it's been several months with nothing. I can't get a call through to them at all.

Simon med arrowhead az has the worst xray procedure It me 3 hrs for 1 xray They don't have appt so you show up they say 2 hr wait put your name on list. Came back after 90min and had to wait another 90 min When I question my place in line I got sorry about that This has happened the last 2 times I went I'm done and will never go back Also 2 other people had same experience on same day

Have not received the my $50.00 reinverment, I was told 3 time.

In Jan 2023 i went to Simon med for a CT. My Inc. pays for all my services like this. I was told I had to pay 200.00 upfront, I pair 50.00 down, then told they would take the other 150.00 of the checking at 50.00 for the next 3 months. I called my Inc UNHC, the customer service, we had a 3 way conversation. The customer service person at Simon med stop the with drawl of the other 150.00, and then said that sim med would send me a check for 50.00 in about 30 days. I called 2 more time and was told by Simon med rep. I would receive a check. This is 7 months and I have received my $50.00. Yes, UNHC has paid them. This is wrong.

Disrespect for Callers

My husband's appointment has been interrupted 3 seperate times due to the inability of the location capacity for a particular exam. We bagan our nightmare on May 18, 2023 for getting an appointment for a Prostate MRI with a pacemaker implant. So far we have had 3 appointments & 3 cancellations due to poor scheduling. On top of the poor scheduling the schedulers either don't answer the call or don't call back. Go

Pissed

Horrible. Yesterday my appointment was canceled less than an hour before my check in time because there was no one working trained on the scan I needed. I had taken off work and planned my day around it. They rescheduled me for today, I left work early and sat there for over an hour. I finally asked what was going on and they were still confused on my order. It is absurd they didnt get clarification and make sure everything was figured out after having this issue yesterday. It was after 4 pm on a Friday so no way do get ahold of a dr. The front desk girls were so immature and unprofessional. They sat there joking around and acting like teenagers she whole hour I was waiting. They talked about coworkers, talked about patients and even talked about me and my order and why it was with me sitting right there and for anyone to hear. Pretty sure thats a HIPAA violation among many other things. I know insurance rules and things arent their fault but there are so many things that could have been done to prevent this from being such an atrocious experience. I got my refund and left and will not be coming back.

Return policy of 30-45 business days

My son had an MRI in Jan. They overcharged me by 644.00. They tried to bill this amount but information from my insurance company proved it was a refund. Refund policy takes 30-45 business days. Called on day 42 and was told I have to wait 45 days before I can discuss refund. On day 49 and still cant resolve getting my refund. Now Im told they have to bill more charges and I have to wait for an EOB and the process starts over for my refund. This is unacceptable

Poor Customer Service Lack if Intregity

Would never ever set foot at any location they serves Wait time for you if you Ave an appointment get ready for waits up to 2 hours no tech available as they walk out Lack of trust and unprofessional people at the front desk that will literally agrue and yell at you if you complain about the wait times as there only there to collect a paycheck and dont give a S%}T about you Word to the wise Never use them for Imaging use Banner or any other imaging company Jeff Pordes Scottsdale AZ

The Most F(;KED Medical cpany

Wouldnt step foot on the door with this F(@KED UP compAnu as they hire totally incomplete people with an IQ of under 70 meaning there total *** Extremely poor customer service lack of communication skills and lack integrity and trust. In my suggestion be aware of double billing especially after the insurance company paid your bill Use Banner or any other imaging facility but never do business with them if you do be prepared for major issue Jeff Pordes Scottsdale AZ

Scam artists for money

Biggest scam artists and yet they have a near monopoly in the valley. Insisting I pay over $700 for the visit before I can have the procedure. I've been visiting 2x/yr for 5+ years and with no insurance changes it's always been $58 after insurance. They don't verify, they don't check history, insist you pay far more than you're responsible for and then it's on you to track down a refund which is always a hassle.

You have terrible customer Serv and your system is antiquated. Your awful. I’m yelping you to the world with a 0

Why? You never answer your cs ph mos. You drop calls all the time . So much time to talk to someone to set up a appt and youre a below average co. I will yelp you to the workd and tell all my friends and drs to stop eetmferring you. You suck and take up way too much of my time. You are apparently always unavailable.

HIPAA violations, SimonMed Customer service is incapable, and more.

I arrived at my appointment, CT machine was broken. I rescheduled the appointment waited for over an hour, when they called me for my appointment, they didn't have the paperwork they needed, and hadn't let me know that before I waited for more then an our. I rescheduled the appointment AGAIN. But this time, the tech had gone to lunch, and I couldn't wait for them because I had to go to work. I finally got the imaging done, asked for a CD. They gave me the CD. I asked them to double check that the CD worked, because I was then on my way to my doc (2hrs away) and I couldn't risk a CD that didn't work. They responded as if my request was ridiculous, but did anyway, and found that indeed, it did not have the images on it, and it would be an hour before I could have a CD. So I decided to visit another SimonMed on my way to the doc in another town, thinking they would have ample time to get a new CD made and I could still make my specialist doc appointment. I drove to the other location, picked up the CD, asked them to check it...they said it's good. I arrived at the doc's office, only to find that the CD was full of OTHER PATIENT's IMAGES!!! HIPAA VIOLATIONS, INCONVENIENCE, and they are still asking me for money even though I paid my copay and cleared it with my insurance. I unable to speak with a customer service agent who is useful. At this point, I think I've seen enough complaints that a class action lawsuit may be viable.

Billing

My doctor sent me for a lung CT scan and Simon Med would'nt schedule the appointment without pre authorization from my insurance company. I did get the pre authorization and they are still billing me $822. I called my insurance company and they say they denied the claim because Simon Med is using the incorrect code. I submitted all the information to SimonMed and they continue to bill me and all they have to do is call my insurance company and I sent Simon Med a letter with all the information. It's impossible to talk to someone in the company all they have is call centers.

NO Results

Two (2) weeks ago did an MRI and it still has not been read! Promised that it would be read STAT w/ results within 24 hours - it was not done! Another day - another promise. Simon Med should be anyone's 'LAST RESORT"! Why are they so slow? Other facilities take as little as 2 hours and another takes about 1-2 days.

Bad service, unable to fill out insurance paper properly unbelievably rude person doing the imaging

Three times I have been to this place because it's the only open MRI in Marin county I used to go to an excellent one when I lived in the East Bay. These women are so rude uneducated have no idea what customer service is the person at the front desk is always some very young woman who acts as if she has no idea what she's doing, I have each time been built I've had 11 MRIs I do not pay any portion ever each time they haven't billed the secondary insurance. Each time I have been there when I go into the dressing room they're yelling it for me to hurry I am 71 years old with rheumatoid arthritis and two separate back injuries then when the imaging is finished I barely have my clothes changed and the person at the front desk sticks her head in which is illegal for her to do and I informed her of that telling me to hurry up and get out of the room they're closing at 3:00 in the afternoon they are not closing then when I went into the bathroom I had just sat down and she's knocking on the door telling me to get out because they're closing and they have to clean no they were not my ride was late picking me up they weren't closing people were still coming in and by people I mean one person there are two dressing rooms. And the woman that is doing the imaging it's always the same one she just not have any certification as a nurse or medical assistant even though she wears the correct clothing this woman is so ignorant and rude she has no idea that if she actually was certified she could be reported to the medical board she is an absolute idiot she has told me off more than times than I even can remember and as I said I've had 11 mri's most of them were taken at another place that was very nice but I can no longer make that trip to that City Marin county has the worst medical care worst people in offices they are so rude and absolutely untrained of how to speak to help or do anything with a patient and it's actually one of the wealthiest counties in existence to have such ignorance and untrained people. But this woman that actually is in the room doing the imaging she should be fired and get someone in there that actually knows how to treat a patient knows how to talk and they don't have music every MRI I've ever had there's music in the room she says it interferes with the imaging well it didn't interfere with the last 11 I've had. And the imaging is such a mess that the doctors can hardly read them which wasn't the case in the one I used to go to they were always packed they would have cookies out they gave you water they spoke kindly to you ask you if you needed help Simon man really should be put out of business they are just trashy. And the noise that this particular machine makes is not normal all MRIs are loud but this thing is like a train running over your head it is unbelievable clearly it is malfunctioning I've been told oh we're not going to repair it well then get out of business don't they make enough money to have their machine repair? After all this is one of the wealthiest counties in existence and this is how you take care of people you put yourself here in this county to make money because there's so much of it but you treat the customers like they're coming into the garbage dump to get an MRI how rude to stick your head in the doorway of someone was out clothing on they are legally not permitted to do that and when I told her about that she acted oblivious I told her at that point I took medical assisting I still have my law books you just did something you are not supposed to do don't ever do it to me again. I've made five phone calls to them concerning this bill they never get answered the one person or actually twice when I've tried to talk to the customer service line they hung up on me I don't know how these ignorant uneducated females is the kindest word I can use about them have a job, clearly the person that owns these places is a money hungry lowlife. In my opinion Marin county should force them out and get someone in there that cares about people or at least a man that that entire staff be fired and the only people allowed to work there has some type of medical certificate some type of medical training not just any dumbbell that walks in the door and fills out an application as I said I took medical assisting these women at that front desk have absolutely no medical training and how to fill out medical papers I don't mean to be sarcastic but I'm surprised they know how to go to the bathroom by their self they act so stupid and uneducated.
