Simoniz pressure washer is garbage
I have a simoniz s1700 pressure washer the outlet valve assembly cracked so I got a hold of simoniz company through email and asked to try buy this part which takes only a few minutes to replace and should cost very little. Low and behold simoniz does not sell parts for their pressure washers instead they want you to buy a new pressure washer and throw the old one in the garbage. This company does not believe in repairing and keep the landfills with less garbage instead they prefer to fill land fills with garbage. NO RECYCLING OR REPAIRING AND GETTING A LONGER LIFE FROM YOUR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT NO PARTS AVAILABLE FOR THEIR PRODUCTS

SIMONIZ GLASS WIPES
Purchased this package of 20 as I go to car shows with my Corvette. Opened the package and they were BONE DRY...called the Simoniz 1-800 number and was told I need to go to the store where I purchased them...SO I GUESS SIMONIZ DOES NOT WARRANT THEIR PRODUCTS. "FOR ALL YOU GENTS/LADIES THAT SHOW OUR CARS" DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...AND THEY DO NOT WARRANT THE PRODUCT.

Terrible Product.
Purchased this power washer not 10 years ago, thinking that it would be the last power washer that I purchased, I got the platinum series. Now the pump has gone, and I am told there is no more replacement pump for it. I can basically just throw it away. Unacceptable! I was told to go to princess auto and buy a universal pump for it, it "should" fit. But if I had purchased a Princess Auto power washer with the power fish logo, I guess I wouldn't be having issues. Terrible way to treat people that supported your company. Hence, Terrible company.

Simoniz Bug Remover
Got the Simoniz Bug Remover on auto windshield, now it looks milky. Can not remove it, have washed repeatedly. Even tried varsol/paint remover. What will get Simoniz Bug Remover off windshield???.

Not receiving due service due to the machine excepting my money but never came on. Can't get in touch with no one. Even the barrel of Morrisville could not help me. It's not about the money but rather the idea of someone just taking my hard earned money for free. It just does not sit right with me.

They don’t back their own warranty
7 years after I purchased my truck new. Siminoz glass coat wont stand by their warranty. The bed of my truck is chalky and the paint is breaking down. Isnt Siminoz supposed to protect the original factory paint finish? They are a complete waste of money and I personally would like to see this company fall apart. They are a scam!!!

I had bought a case os Simoniz tire shine and very disappointed in the results it looks shiny once it sprayed on but after a few minutes it just looks like the The dull rubber that it was sprayed on to . And I tried every can in the case and they are all the same outcome Thank you Tim

Product issue
Bought the 1600 psi washer just over a year ago,but never used it. Tried today and it malfunctionned too much. Lost of pressures. The reason,the water inlet adapter will not seat firmly. Keeps popping out. Frustrating. Won't buy this machine again.Too many

Denied claim submitted by dealership where it was purchased . Seats are a mess..... No confidence in your product and very DISSAPPOINTED. Package purchsed for nothing....too expensive to get no service at all. Not willing to try to clean my seats....SHAME ON THEM

Just putting this out there for the skeptics, I had glasscoat applied to my truck in 2004, I reapplied in 2013, the paint on my truck still looks brand new, cleans up easy I feel that with proper care of your vehicle and not just depending on the product itself to protect your paint you can have the same results. Adding glasscoat to my Maserati as soon as I find a dealer in N.C.

Got a simoniz gas pressure washer 2800 psi and used it a few times and started leaking threw the motor. Yr washers are gabage simoniz.

Wish I'd never bought the product
Badly made and designed. If there is detergent in the container it comes out with all three setting so you have to empty and flush the detergent. Pressure is NOT 1,700 PSI, it is 1,100 the 1,700 is just the first moments. The power cable holder is a joke.

So Cheaply Made
You're lucky if you get a year or two out of one of these machines. My S1800 started leaking at the gun and at the hose reel. Got a new gun but for the hose reel, its 20$ for the part on the Simoniz parts website and 15$ shipping which is outrageous for a small swivel metal pipe. The plastic parts on some of the electric models are flimsy and cheap and feel like they would break so easily. If you properly drain and store the pressure washer in a warm place in the winter, you will eliminate the chances of any parts cracking or freezing. if you want to buy Simoniz, I suggest getting the higher-end electric models, 2000PSI or higher and same thing for the gas units. Those models come with better quality hoses and a metal spray gun.

Side of car damaged
March 24 took my car in for oil change I drove up 830 was very excited I would be out of there fast. Oil change was fast . Watched my car being taken to be washed . Around 10:45 I started to wonder why my carstill had not come through . I spoke to site manager Cindy asking where is my car ? she tells me oh they forgot to put it in line for car wash . I was more than pissed because I knew she was lying . She Never apologized . I saw my car being put in line. I left that place @ 12:00 becauseI was late lunch appt. never could figure what really happened to my car. Today I was getting estimates on my car because someone sideswiped me in the parking lot at apt complex. I took it for another estimate and the body guy pointed out their was damage on the drivers side it had been covered up with a white paint and I never did notice it . Now it explains why I could not find my car, since March I have been busy with family problems and I had been very ill I never saw it . The Guy at the body shop he noticed right off . Mystery solved now I know what happened to my car on March 24 . They have lost my antennae it took me six months for them to replace it. Had my oil changed and car wash on Wednesday the black piece on my bumper was missing had to go Thursday morning to get it from them . Did not know of this till Friday about the other damage. I have been going to that facility since 2007 ? . After this I called and spoke to the site manager Cyndy come to find out she was the one U spoke to on March 24.She knew what happened to my car . I might add she says the time was 9:39 it was 8:39 . I know what time I was there. Bottomline is damage was done to my car there that is the only time my car was of my sight for that long . I never going back to that facility I have watched those employees get in and takeoff in your or other cars .I always wondered if they ever damaged anyone’s car . I have answered my own question
