MATTRESS FIRM AND BEAUTYREST - WARRANTY IS TERRIBLE
I had purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in LIC, NY, in 6 months the mattress sags and I sleep in a ditch. I have a hard time getting out of the mattress. I'd placed four claims with mattress firm, they will not replace mattress. They say the mattress needs to sag 1 1/2 inches, it's already 1 inch sag. They are terrible and so is your company - help people out.

Beautyrest Mattress - Mattress Firm - Terrible Mattress and Customer Service
Don't buy a Beautyrest Mattress from Mattress Firm. They lie the warranty is all LIES. After 6 months my mattress sags and they won't replace it since it needs to be 1 1/2 inch dip. I sleep on a ditch. I can't get out of my mattress. Mattress Firm LIES and their customer service does not help. If you want a good mattress sleep on the Floor. The mattress is sagging after 6 months and Simmons won’t honor their warranty
The mattress has 2 valleys which reflect the usual area where my wife and I sleep. For the record we are both around 180 lbs. we had the factory tech here onsite to review the issue and measure the sag. In both areas the sag without anyone on the bed was 3/4 inch lt side, 7/8 inch rt side. We were told Simmon will not honor their warranty because it is less than an inch. The stores suggestion was to report the issue a aim in a few months. My feeling is I purchased a new mattress and what I got was a mattress with inferior material and Simmons knows this and will not honor their warranty. The warranty is as useless as the mattress.

Defective mattress.
Do not waste your money! 3k for a matress that fell apart in a couple months. Customer service is horrible and the company does stand by their product or honor the warranty.

Buy a leg for sofa bed
During my move from Pennsylvania to Virginia, the moving company lost a leg off of my Simmons sofa bed. I called Simmons and was told to call United furniture as they handled all the warranties and parts. So I called them. After a long wait on the phone, Kayla at United told me they do not handle Simmons parts and to call Simmons. I have done this run around 4 times with no resolution in sight and have no clue where to get the missing leg. Their customer service is terrible.

Contacted Simmons about a replacement leg for sofa. The leg was lost by moving company. It has been on week and I have no response from Simmons.

Customer service in Israel
Hello A year and a half ago I purchased a double mattress and a massage chair from the Simmons company in Israel. I decided to buy from Simmons company knowing that it is a big and old company with a world name and that I will receive a quality product with good service. About a month ago the massage chair broke down, all my attempts to contact customer service and receive service failed! There is no telephone answering in customer service in Israel, they don't reply to emails, including CEO of Simmons Israel. Mattress problem
When you go to set on the mattress you will slide off because it's carved on the sides this. had to come had to come from the manufacturer I never had such a bad mattress in my life so uncomfortable it is such a mess in my life I wasted money when I paid $800 for that mattress and I bought medium to farm this needs to be corrected because it's just not right and I feel Beautyrest is responsible for you may contact me add 704 642-****

Questions in regards to Mattressfirm
Mattress Firm sent me the incorrect mattress. They sent me a much lesser quality mattress and I called Beautyrest for clarification and they were absolutely wonderful on the phone to me. After 6 hours of fighting with Mattress Firm I did get the correct mattress finally.

The chair dos not work the way of any chair I have had in the past thirty years. I have had this type of chair for the past forty years.I will never pay a chair from this company again!!!!!

When the chair was delivered the box can in several parts. The chair was showing thru the box. I think was shipped to another customer before sending the chair to me.

Purchased a 3 piece leather set by Simmons also thinking it ws good quality. November 2018 today is July 16,2019 sofa is peeling horribly .

Your matteress sucks. this is the second return. my body is so sore . my back is hurts and sore. you should have massage therapy included with matteress purchase.
the mattress bundle up, where as there is no flat surface on the mattress and I am so very, very ,sore. my body is crying for help. I slept on this matterss 1 year when I notice this mattress is taking a towed on my body.
