1) on the SilverSingles site i tried to sign up for Premium singles for 1 year, using a viable credit card. no go. i tried a second credit card. also no go. i double-checked all my entries. they were correct. ??? 2) on your SilverSingles contact page, i wasn't able to write a message. none of your choices fit my problem, which is 1) above. thank you for helping me to resolve this lucy brook lucile w brook (credit card name) babbles@***.net

Good day recently cancelled my SS account thought I found someone! Turns out it is not going to work out! I paid until December I wish to reinstate my profile! Tried logging in snd it wont let me! Help!!

Tried to cancel on line. they said you have to call. I called. they are not answering calls for some odd reason. They billed me an incredible amount of money for worthless service that I dont want.

I cancelled my subscription and they reactivated it two days later. Trying to cancel AGAIN and I am getting nowhere. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING. No response, no communication! Do not recommend!!!

Can’t reset password and can’t talk to a human
Im a new customer from Australia, signed up and paid AUS $329.70. I signed out and when I tried to sign back in my email or password werent recognised. When I tried to reset the password I didnt get the email offering a reset, so it means my email address isnt recognised. So I tried to call (rather than stuff around with remote coms) in the hope to talk to a human but I got a recorded message saying I there was an unexpected problem so they couldnt answer the call. What BS! The parent company Spark owns a number of international dating sites if they cant start the generator up or start peddling the bike to answer calls theyre not fit for business. Its very spurious.

Called from Australia and got a lame recorded message saying youre unexpectedly off line. For an international organisation whose parent company Spark owns a list of dating sites it is spurious that you cant have a dedicated 24hr call center, no matter what the unexpected problem is. Start up the generator or get on your bike and peddle the power, the excuse sounds very fake. Be accountable.

Yes I have try to reach them and they other elitesingles stuff i don't use them and they have car my debit card for the amount of 103.95 that just or the sliver singles and other one for the elitesingles of 81.07 idk how that got my card information but I want my money back or we will see yall In courts

Very Disappointed with this dating service, rating one of the top ten is a complete joke
My preference are men ages 52-60 and my distance is 100 kms. I would say that 75% of the men you match me with are either over 60 yrs of age and/or they live well over 100 kms. Example: You matched me up with a man by the name of Rduyn Noranda from Quebec. He was 71 yrs old and lived almost 7 hrs away. So, what I don't understand if you have a team of people who work on matching the best compatible people together then why are they not catching these errors. I believe you put in the information into the computer and it does the work which means the information in your dating site when you sign up is false. There is no other excuse why my matches are outrageous. I would appreciate the remaining of my money back. Please do not renew my membership again. I have taken pictures of this letter

Because no service could be rendered without access
I paid I opened a d account made a few contacts and then i couldnt access. try changing password but it would not work. I had people contact me via email notice after a few day the email completely stop and acces to the site was virtually impossible. I wanted to talk with a live agent but the operation was closed per phone message

I paid and after i could not access my account.I called customer service 7 times and they are close because of a problem they didn’t disclose complete.I sent email yet I still have no access.
Bottom line no live support email is i effective simply because the advise didnt work and I try more than a dozen times. At this point i feel scammed. Im still hopi g Im wrong and the problem you are having is a legitimate issue if your firm

Canceled my account within an hour and still haven’t reimbursed my money back
I have emailed this company several times and gave them the info they asked for. I purchased a membership June 10th . After an hour or so I quickly saw these are not the type of men that interest me. I canceled right then. PayPal sent you 179.and change for this. I have asked repeatedly to refund my PayPal account. Still nothing. Im not stopping until this is done. I dont have money to throw away

When you begin to see their fraudulent business model, its usually too late to unsubscribe. They deliberately make it very difficult to cancel. You cant even contact them, when you send them an email it bounces back. They keep charging you without your authorization. Ive already met my fiancée on the other site J4Date.club (which is a 100% legit site that I can surely recommend), but Im still struggling to cancel my SilverSingles subscription. They tried to charge me even after I closed my bank card. According to the other reviews, everyone who joins SilverSingles almost invariably regrets it and has problems cancelling. The reason why you would want to cancel is a total absence of genuine profiles.
