Overpriced and no support

on phone with company for hours no help, when you have a local company working to repair your sign time is of the essence, can't afford to be on hold with signtronix for 30,45,minutes to a hour before speaking with someone, worst customer service ever

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, AND THEY ARE OVERPICED, HOLD YOU ON PHONE FOR EXCESSIVE TIME, IF YOU CAN GET THROUGH

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF, NO SUPPORT OVERPRICED JUST TERRIBLE, THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THE OVERPRICED MERCHANDISE

Totally frustrated

I purchased a double faced EMC from Signtronix for the first year we had very little trouble second year a few small issues, then on the third year (this year 2019) we had nothing but issues for the first 7 months. Follow through, customer service, tech support, and then trying to find someone higher in management than Roxanne. They ended up securing a local Sign Company to help them with the repair. This company did a great job at getting us up and running. Now I find out that Signtronix has stiffed the local sign company out of $1500.00 in labor charges. I have called for several weeks then finally talked with a Roxanne who informed me that Signtronix was filing bankruptcy and going out of business. surprise surprise. I asked her about the remaining 4 yr warranty on my sign, her reply was “it won’t be any good” Live and learn.

Worst company

Purchased a $21K LED sign from this company. After a year the sign stopped working but was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty is not worth much because it is almost impossible to reach this company! Between 12/05/19 to 03/19 tried to reach the company several dozen of times. Eventually we talked to a tech person (you will be on hold for hours waiting for tech support) who told us to send our impeded PC to them which we did. After many months of not hearing anything we once again attempted to contact them dozen of times without success. Left voicemails for the CSR manager Roxan who is always out to lunch and never returns the voicemail. She sets the example for her department since no one else answers the phone nor returns voicemails. The only person I could reach that would answer the phone is the operator poor Sara. Eventually she gave me the # for the CEO assistant Debra. After several attempt I was able to reach her and eventually we got the part back. Of course, after a month the sigh stopped working again and now unable to reach Roxan, Debra nor the poor operator Sara! Stay away from this company! Find a local sign company that installs LED signs then you have some company that will be responsible for the sign that they installed

These people are scam. Do not buy from them. They sold me a sign and they dont even answer calls regarding support.

No Accountability

The only type of card received is from the Sales Rep from Atlanta Georgia, Mike Carter who presented a card SIGNMANMIKE 404451****. Who is not only again their Sales Rep, but charged us upfront to install the sign. I have contacted our attorney and the General's office in Georgia to file a consumer complaint against Mike Carter. I have called Signtronix known as Gulf Development out of Torrance CA, which he said went out of business, this is not the case. Gulf Development is known for paying their Sales Rep quickly and if they did go out of business this should have had no bearing on him installing our sign. Gulf Development is fully aware of what is happening here and they have received a complaint regarding Mike Carter's actions with prior customers. So with this info at hand which is clearly evident for the public to see, I have left this review for Gulf Development to see. I'm trusting people will see this and I hope someone will do something about it. Also, a company cannot remove themselves from the issues stating our Sales Reps are given a 1099 and therefore they do not work for us.

Awful and are not giving you what they are selling.

A salesman came into my business and displayed/sold me a sign that seemed very neat with cool graphics. My old sign had stopped working, so it was perfect timing. Well, we had to go through getting a permit with the city to allow the sign to be set up, which is not a big problem. Once the sign was up and working I was very disappointed with the graphics. I was shown the full color graphics when the salesman was giving his pitch, so of course, that is what I thought I was getting. Well I was wrong. I was given the tricolor, which makes the graphics look horrible. I am VERY disappointed with this company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Great then sad

The first sign brought was fair priced and affordable. The second sign was priced too high for me to get. I stated that I would buy the sign for what I brought last time. he stated ok. Now I find out the price was different and/changed to the higher amount. Now i am getting sued from Northern leasing for the different price. Usually when sued the person can sue back for false practice. I am retired so I can and will condemn your product and trade practice.

Crooked Thief’s

We signed a contract, had the sign delivered and were waiting on approval from the city when I was informed that a submittal to the city was never sent from Signtronix! The salesman told this sob story about not getting the paperwork done due to his grandson dying. When I later called him he couldn’t remember his story and kept talking about his sons funeral. I have since followed up about this individual after not getting my money back and they thought he was in jail for fraud. I received confirmation online! He’s is jail for fraud!!! Fighting them was awful and they still owe me $3,685. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Terrible !!!!!!!!

FIrst of all sign was purchased delivered after a long period of time then took months months to install !! once installed took almost a year to hook it up . once hooked up worked for probably one month then wouldn't shut off . Was fined and sited numerous times by the bourough had to shut it off . So trying to call these people is to no avail . next step is stop payment to the leasing company told them to come and get it !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTIST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALLED THE SALESMAN MANY TIMES TO NO AVAIL JUST FOUND OUT HE NO LONGER WORKS FOR THEM IMAGINE THAT !!! THEY HAVE NO SERVICE TECHS FOR PROBLEMS SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM I GUESS YOU ARE SCREWD ALSO .

You may never get your sign

Beware, this is a sign company that doesn’t have parts for their signs. I called them because I was interested in purchasing a sign. Took the bait and paid for this over priced sign. Paid my initial payment of nearly $2000. The salesman Tim and his son Mycah took my check and cashed it that day 1-10-18. Was told it normally takes 4 weeks to get the sign but they would ask for a rush delivery of 2 weeks. 10 weeks later I have been told twice(when they will call me back) that they are waiting on parts.....PARTS! Yes, a sign company that doesn’t have parts for their signs. That’s like a car wash with no water. I finally went to the BBB to try and cancel. They didn’t and don’t live up to the terms of their contracts and obviously don’t care. As even more alarming is they have many complaints on the BBB and still have an A+ rating. I don’t even want the sign anymore if this is a representation of how this company does business

PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE

I was a part time PM hired to push completion. As time went on and I stared asking questions, I was fired. I wanted to n ow where the money was the vendors needed, why the time for each project was soo extended and how he wanted to correct that and when we could take about the phases of each and every project. He hold disappear for weeks and have emergency after emergency and would often call me late at night or weekends bc his clients were angry. It was a fire fight at every turn with him. He never paid on time and still owes me for $1600+ of hours worked to get his dishonest and disaterous company in order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have had multiple ppl who bought signs from him ask me to join them in a class action law suit. He has something else going on with all that money- he gets cash up front but only gets paid once the project is complete by the loan company... idk how it works but it seems like a multi layer scam. Be very careful bc he is rebranding by it's the same guy, same poor service and same low quaity/high cost product.

BEWARE SIGNTRONIX!

BEWARE SIGNTRONIX! TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER SENT A SIGN, PROCEEDING LEGALLY. LOOK ONLINE AND SEVERAL PEOPLE ARE HAVING TO DO THE SAME THING! DO NOT TRUST. Salesman Buddy swisshelm took our cash, never even paid the company until 6 weeks after receiving our cash! Now the company knows of order finally but avoids calls, and cannot provide a sign. Before purchasing do an internet search of this company. BEWARE! buy elsewhere! We have called several times, the ONLY way to get through is acting like we are buying, press the check on your order extension and you WONT get a call back and go directly to voicemail

Not a happy customer!

Purchased new face plates and LED lights which were suppose to work turnkey. Well after having to hire a sign company to come out now 3 times im out $600 and my sign still doesn't work. Was told LED lamps would be 5x brighter and their not even as bright as the basic fluorescent tubes... Every time I have called to speak to someone about it the person I need to speak with isn't there. I have emailed and called the sales rep which came out and sold the products but he will not return my calls or my emails. Very poor customer service in my opinion!
