Withhold my last pay check
Renee the manager has not sent out my last check she wont reply or call me back in regards of that. Its been 10 days and no check yet! I turned in my uniform the first day! Im pissed

Withholding of my pay check
Its been 10 days and I have not received my last paycheck. This is totally 3 weeks of no pay! No one will respond or call back! The manager name is RENEE! She is NASTY!

Ryan and Tino
Tonight while out at my car the security was doing their rounds at my apartments and they stopped to see if everything was okay. The two that I saw were Ryan and Tino. Very nice men and very informative. They explained what they were doing. I mentioned that my dog gets scared by the flashing lights and Ryan asked which apartment I lived in and said that they could cancel the lights so my dog wouldn't get scared. I was very appreciative.

They harass employees, lie to them, are never available when you call. Did not process my last pay check.

Case farms canton and winesburg oh the so-called security officers are I'll manure and untrained sloppy dressers. the owner of the franchise is just as sloppy as his Guards. big mistake hiring these people

Poor Service
Andy Kreuger (General Manager of Signal 88 in Eastern Iowa, Central Illinois, Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin) was completely unwilling to help a client of mine and former employee of his by completing a written verification of employment (somethin every company in the world provides and something that any prospective home buyer needs to verify employment history). This is a form that takes, at most, 5 minutes to complete. His lack of knowledge and unwillingness to seek more information or do any research on his end, will ultimately prevent a former employee of his from purchasing his dream home. I would caution anyone thinking of working for or with Signal 88 to strongly reconsider. If this is how he treats his current and former employees, how do you think he will treat his clients?

ABSOLUTELY WORST SECURITY COMPANY!!!!!
They work at the Lancaster Pa Walmart and Do they SUCK! The guys just walk around flirting with the minor girl employees, and the ones in the cars just play with their phones or watch movies on their tablets! Then they zip around the parking lot after hours to look like they are doing something! Then they go off the site to go to go get fast food for their friends! While supposed to be protecting us, what a joke!

They do not do anything !
What a joke for a Security Company! Officers running around in a Jeep and not doing anything at all. They only carry a flashlight and will not confront the homeless when asked too. So, if all your going to have is a flashlight and want to stay in your cars and not confront the homeless to get off the property. THEN WHAT DO YOU DO? Not worth my money any more!

Unhappy Customer!
I read a review by one of the employee's and thought what the heck, I will watch and see if they just stay on the property for 3 Mins'. I stayed in the office late to do some work to watch. Pretty soon I saw the car coming in a new Jeep. He passed right by my office that is to be checked and kept going and never got out. I mean NEVER. I had to go home but switched my cameras on and around the pool area. They only came back one more time and the same thing and locked the pool 3 hours after it was supposed to be locked. But, they never got out to check the rest of the property. Now, here's what's funny. They give their reports on their website and videos and guess what the videos are (Three min's) I guess they think they can get away with not doing anything by showing a three Min video. You Know, at first I was impressed by it until I read this officers review and learned myself this Company I hired is cheating all their customers in money and time. I'm not paying for 3 mins. I'm paying to have my property checks. I'm with the Apartment ASSOC and you bet I'm going to pass this around.

I apologize..not glasses when I wrote review. I am not unintelligent..just can't see so well..plz beware of GSL and 13/15 West Apts..
looks good on outside..totally sucks in real life. As does their "So called..SECURITY ".. Signal 88.. what a joke!

These people suck!! Completely. I rarely complain, but when my health is continually compromised bt residents continually siaobeying3 not only the LEASE provisions, bit alsio the LAW rwgading smoking indoors..(I have asthma..cant even open my windows for fresh air..as people smoke indoors and outdoors on balcony. Thiz company rarely..if ecer..reaponda..lota and mors of wzcuse. Management here at 15 west says to call.."Securit..ie; Signal 88" AND..the police. Why? Nobody dows a dammed thing...what a joke? No lease rulws enforcement..Just..payronizing from Corrinna at 15 West apts.. a joke!

Degraded and traumatized
Today I was walking into the door at Walmart and my girlfriend was about 15 feet behind me, she is handicapped and disabled. Was met at the door by a signal 88 security guard telling us we had to go because she appeared to be drunk or on drugs. She is handicapped and has severe back and neck problems. Will be contacting a lawyer. Then they remove the employee and the employee gets in company car and drives by twice smiling and laughing.

Terrible at our shopping center
Issued a non-working phone number to all tenants. Calls go to a recording that says "voice mailbox not set up" and no one ever answers. The alarm at a business went off today and we had to call a supervisor at 88 and he was no help, he seemed annoyed. We finally called 911. Signal is awful. They just dont care.

Gerard/Gerald palm harbor employee
2 of 3 times I’ve contacted y’all for help the same man responded with huge amounts of attitude and didn’t show for over a half hour. Once drugs were clearly being sold in parking lot by people who do not live here. The other a strange man wearing all dark colors sitting in clubhouse at pool. Gerald/Gerard is still not her although he called me to say he HAD to have my full name and unit # for his report. All I need is for him to empty the scary person from our property and he still isn’t here!
