Trying to diagnose leak in co2 mcx need to know if it's on warranty
leaks where the co2 threaded tube is properly screwes into gun it leaks rigid away as soon as seal on the top of threaded co2 punctures the seal. i've wasted a lot of money on co2 because i don't want to open the rifle up can you help please

Question about the gas block on a sig 556
No complaints, just looking for info on the adjustable gas block as i purchased a sig 556 last week.

Problem with Sig Sauer p365xl Romeo optic adjustment
Windage and elevation adjustment were not working. Red dot windage failed to adjust to show any correction to the right or left.. The elevation to elevate the red dot up or down locked up and I could not make any adjustment.

I wanna remove my Romeo zero elite off of my p365xl
I wanna take off my red dot sight Im not liking it the way I thought I would. I need the plate that screws on after I remove the Romeo red dot. How do I go about getting the plate along with the screws. I thought it would have come with it being the sight was already installed

Failed to deliver
I ordered a 716i, which I paid for full in advance. Its been nearly 8 months now and not only is Sig Sauer past its said delivery time, they havent even emailed my FFD any update for a reason why.

I have been doing everythings but drive back to the main office. Purchase new Sierra6 BDX. Shop installed batteries and made sure it worked. First day out hunting scope didnt work battery cover missing..ugh worst part I have reached out several times with no response, only to continue part is back ordered on web page for months.. guess they have been falling off for lots of people. Poor customer Service. CEO beware that is one of the first signs youre sliding down.. next quality then the end.

Unable to reach someone on a Saturday
I would like to speak to someone, perhaps my call could be returned. I recently bought a sigsauer P238 and the case it came with it is defective and does not close properly. The shop I bought it from only has cases that come with the gun no extra cases, I dont think I should have to pay for another case when I paid $700 for the gun.

New purchase
Just purchased a new P365X and of all the things it didnt come with is an operators manual. I find this very difficult to believe seeing how this is the most important piece of information that you could provide to operate this handgun safely. Please tell me if I dont have Internet access and my phone service so far from town is very sketchy. How would I obtain a copy of this manual? Also, if youre not going to include the Spec1 lubricant sample in the gun package, please dont include the advertisement for it. I would like to tell you how I am enjoying this new purchase, but I dont feel comfortable firing it until I have thoroughly read the manual. Customer service is a very big concern for me with every purchase I make, the way you address my concerns has everything to do with future purchases, and referrals. Thank you in advance for satisfying my few but meaningful concerns.

Item never arrived
I ordered this firearm three weeks ago and still have not received it. I have made NUMEROUS phone calls to Sig, FedEx and the store it was being shipped to and it seems to be missing. I called sig and they said I need to contact FedEx and find out what the issue was. How is it my responsibility to track this firearm down as a paying customer?? This makes no sense! Ive spent so much time trying to track down this package. Very upset and not a good experience with SIG

Sig 322
I bought a new sig 322 about 2 months ago and got rught around 1,000-1,200 rounds thru it and out of those cycled i full clip without any problems other than that it feeds when it wants and as far as reliable i would trust a butter knife first me and my father have many sig from the new xten to a cpl sig ar's and a few 320 legions and this 322 has put a bad taste in my mouth so if possible plz let me know if there is anything i can do to fix the problem
