Shuttlefare is leaving my wife stranded in Germany

Shuttlefare is leaving my wife stranded in Germany after her flight was changed due to weather in the U.S. They refuse to refund or help after I paid $300 for a ticket. They just tell me to call someone else or buy a new shuttle.

Cancellation

I made a reservation 3 days ago. My booking no# is MOZ441****. The pick up time showed 9:30am from the airport. I called and told them that they needed to fix the pick up time to 12:22 pm.That was my arrival time. They told me they couldn't fix the problem they could only cancel and rebook the reservation. I asked if they cancel would I get a full refund and she said yes. I even received an email that said I would get a full refund. The refund on my credit card reflects 32 dollars only. I called and said why its not 37.03 what was charged? She said we dont refund the 5 dollars booking fee. Then she said we do. So when will the 5.03 reflect on my crdit card? That amount is owed to me 5.03 to complete the $37.03 that was originally charged. My credit card said it doesn't make sense they didn't just issue an $37.03 that was the original price that was charged. They did it in 2 that show 16 and 16

I WAS NOT PICKED UP! I AM A DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!RBN

I paid for a round trip from home and to the airport. I was picked up on time from home and was left stranded at the airport at 11PM on my return tripdDO. I was told that the company could find no available cars and my money would be refunded.

LEFT STRANDED FOUR HOURS PRIOR TO AIR FLIGHT

WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE of a so-called called company reserved WELL in advance, a shuttle from LeCanto to Tampa airport for MAY 2, 2022...due to flight time and distance, and need to be at airport much earlier for security, Covid red tape, etc, the shuttle needed to pick up around 4 AM I confirmed this MULTIPLE times, and was ASSURED there was no problem...if there WAS, i could have EASILY arranged another REPUTABLE service what does SHUTTLEFARE DO ??? They DON"T CALL, they send a F____CKING "TEXT" that wasn't even received right away, as I was ASLEEP around MIDNIGHT that VERY MORNING, FOUR HOURS BEFORE CONFIRMED PICKUP COMPLETELY PREVENTING the ability or possibility of ANY OTHER COMPANY being contacted at that time my 80-year-old aunt didn't drive, and there was NO WAY to get to AIRPORT, thus MISSING MY FLIGHT, costing me $1500-$2000 civil suit is filed in court, DON'T EVER CONTRACT THESE CHEATERS and PIIISSSSS POOR EXCUSE FOR A "Business" 8OU WILL DEFINITELY BE SORRY, DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE AND WASTE (i.e. LET "THEM" WASTE") YOUR MONEY ALSO !!! You have been WARNED !!! DONT DO IT - (((

Horrible experience

We waited on the shuttle 30 minutes to leave for our hotel and when we finally left the airport, the driver had to turn around and pick up more people. Fine, but the people didnt show up nor did the driver know who or how many. So after 15 minutes, we left again only to get called back to the airport a second time. We waited again and it was over an hour wasted sitting on the shuttle. And the driver was so rude to the people on the shuttle. I would never recommend using this service.

Left us all hanging, never showed up to pick up

Just posting to share our family experience with this company and hopefully help others who read this in advance before booking them for services. Family was flying from Miami to San Antonio this past Wednesday night (2/16/2022) and had made plans to have Shuttlefare pick us up and drop us off at our hotel. This was fully coordinated and planned for in advanced, paid for etc. When we arrived there was no one there to be found. Tried to contact the company on the reservation email and only received voicemail and to call the number in the email. Talk about ridiculous and a joke of a customer service that is advertised as 24/7 support when in fact it's not. Total shame of this company and really should not even provide services if this is how they run things and leave folks who are traveling hanging. Just look at the reviews here (which I wish I did in advance prior to booking) - totally unacceptable and a shame!

Terrible Service

We used this company 6 times. We won't make this mistake again. The driver overslept and we almost missed our flight in Dallas. This most recent trip to San Antonio with 9 people was a nightmare. Never the correct sized van for 9 people, dangerous driver, always late. Very poor communication.

Poor service

Unfortunately, I did not realize this was a third party transaction when I first booked. When I arrived at the designated site, the driver told me I had to wait for another van. I waited for close to an hour and spent several phone calls trying to figure when I would be picked up from the airport and by whom. An hour later, the company calls to say there was no other driver available. I was left stranded at the airport with a senior citizen and a young child. It has been 2 months, and I am still in limbo trying to obtain a refund, which I was told would be given to me since there was no driver available. Ended up calling an uber and compared to them, shuttlefare has terrible car service, terrible customer service and no sense of financial responsibility to its customers. t use eDo

Pre-paid service was NOT provided!!

DO NOT book with Shuttle Fare (shuttlefare.com)!! After paying for a round trip transfer, they left me stranded at the MCO airport. My flight was delayed and I called to let them know before boarding, but once I arrived, their business was closed and there was no way to contact them. The confirmation that they sent me said that their number was available 24/7. After a tremendous effort trying to contact them every way we could, finally a manager named JULIA AQUINO sent us an email saying she would call us, but of course she never did. I am only asking for a $47.50 refund, which isn't much money. For me, it's the principle. I don't want another person to be stranded late at night ALONE at a deserted airport with no ride!! Please share and spread the word!! DO NOT BOOK WITH SHUTTLE FARE!!

Held hostage by their driver

Paid for pickup and drop off in advance from airport when I arrived in Belize. Shuttlefares driver demanded cash from me even after I showed proof I paid for everything in advance. Driver wouldn't let me leave until I gave him cash. I called Shuttlefare immediately and they refused to refund me. Said I should have gotten a receipt from my harrasser. CROOKS!!

Don’t use.

Credit card fraud. The other company that picked me up was sent the wrong pickup address twice. The driver was nice but I when my trip ended, I received fraud notifications. The fraudulent charges started a day after I booked with shuttle fare.

Never piked up my 79 year old mother from airport

Shuttlefare charged me $66 to pick my mohter from the airport and take her to her home..however, they NEVER SHOWED UP! They certainly charged me but they left a 79 year old lady WAITING FOR A RIDE THAT NEVER CAME TO GET HER We called them a millon times...an airport assistant also called them...but they never naswered or if the call was picked up we were hung up on immediately. They stink. Thank goodness my mom could get a cab and I can get a credit from American Express.

Not trustworthy

I was assigned to American Airporter Shuttle. It took me over an hour and 4 calls to the dispatcher to get out of the airport. One shuttle driver even refused to take me, even though we were going the same way. Luckily, I did get picked up the day I was leaving, on time. I won't use Shuttlefare or Am. Airporter Shuttle again.

Shuttle Cancelled ONE HOUR before pick-up

On 28 Sept 2019 I was to have been picked up between 7:30 and 8:00am to go to the airport. At 6:35am while showering I missed a call from the company Shuttlefare.com had farmed my ride out to (GO Airport Shuttle) saying they were short-staffed, so my ride was cancelled and I would be refunded. I saw the voicemail at 7:15am. Clearly too late to contact another shuttle company, I had to take a cab and pay $15 more than I was paying for the shuttle. So when after more than 24 hours I did not have a refund, I called, held on for 15 minutes, left a message as the only option, called the next day got hung-up on, called and waited again, then had to leave a message because I guess the phone reps are short-handed.
