Shut Down Share Site

I got no notice when Shutterfly shut down its shared sites. The loss of slide presentations, covering 20+ years of world travel dating back to the days of the Kodak site, including thousands of captioned photos, painstakingly arranged, are all gone. Shutterfly doesn't even have the common courtesy or courage to provide a living human being to hear how their business decision eradicated my and my wife's documented memories. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never spend another cent with thst company.

Did not receive products and was not updated correctly on status of products

I ordered 4x6, 5x7 and 16x20 pictures and did not receive them at all. According to the updates I did get the 4x6 and 5x7 were supposed to arrive by a certain date but they did not get here. The only updates I received about the 16x20 pictures was that they would update me when available. I called Shutterfly several times and could not get a person on the line, I finally looked up how do you get through to Shutterfly and found The pissed consumer site - I spoke with four different people at Shutterfly and NOT ONE OF THEM could tell me anything different than what was under my tracking status, which was obviously incorrect! They did tell men the 16x20 had not been through production but I could not be refunded or cancel the order-I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM again. They said they would refund me for the 4x6 and 5x7 I never received (we will see if they do). Anyway - just forewarning awful customer service and experience and I have used Shutterfly for many years but I will use MPiX or someone else from now on! I stayed on the phone for over 45 minutes being transferred from one person to another as well! Terrible customer service!

Not happy with order NO HARDWARE WAS INCLUDED WITH ANY OF THE four 8x10s I ordered!!!!!!!!!

Your customer support disconnected twice after 8 minutes of of hold and didnt even help resolve the problem after 3 separate calls!

I needed help with an online Shutterfly order. I use the online chat option for help. Unfortunately I did not get the results. They said I would when I went to check out. I was using the discount code that did not get applied to my order. The online chat agent said that it would, unfortunately it did not get applied. I used this website to find a phone number in order to call Shutterfly. I was unable to locate a phone number on the Shutterfly website by myself. This website did offer a customer service number for Shutterfly and my problem was immediately resolved. Their tech support online was fabulous!

Received a book of photos yesterday in the binder has fallen off and there is a wrinkle in the cover

Product damaged

I turned to Shutterfly to print wedding photos for me as I wanted the best quality and professionalism. I was disappointed when my photos arrived in a flimsy thin cardboard envelope without any packing material. My 8 x 10 photos were all bent and creased. I called your customer service. Customer service was difficult to hear and understand. I asked if my reprints could be sent in a box with packing material. I am not sure if I was understood. I did not get an answer to this question. I one point I asked the representative if he would please go in another room to talk so I could hear him better without background noise. He put me on hold for 3 or 4 mins and then returned to the phone call with the same loud background. I am waiting for the reprints to arrive and then I will determine satisfaction. Why wouldn't a company who sells photos have shipping for photos with packing and/or strong boxes to prevent bending in shipping? The book I ordered has arrived. I am enjoying this book. It is well made and as I ordered except one page has "XX" printed on top of a photo in two places. Also I paid extra , I believe $15.00, to have the photos printed in the book with high quality. The color is not as bold as I thought it would be with this extra fee. Becky

Recent mug order error

Re order 000046****86-700**** When I ordered an 11 ounces ceramic mug with a photo of mine, I was not able to find how to print the date in small font. The result is that the date is in large black font that diminishes the look of an otherwise excellent mug. I realized this when I ordered the same for another person, so pleased I was with the overall quality of your product. With this second mug I realized how to use a suitable font. My question: Is there a way I could have a substitute mug for order number 000046****86-700****? Thank you.

Working on a project for 3 hours & got stuck to the point I hade to delete the app & start all over again.

After waiting on the line for a while to reach a representative,it wasnt helpful & the only advice I got is start over .pretty disappointed , considering myself a loyal customer for years .

Technical problem in adding pictures to my photo book

Photo book problem will not allow me to use my photos from my computer external storage . It been going ok for the first 70 pages but now it has stopped and wont download the photos?

Not delivered

I spent over two hours online, trying to claim a discount code that has not expired and the website and the AI and all the other things I tried the past two hours have not worked on Shutterfly they re

Because the AI and the help articles are useless and frustrating. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to do a transaction that shouldve taken five minutes. Shutterfly needs a direct customer service phone number to help customers and they need to fix their website so that it excepts codes that they give out. Especially those in conjunction with life touch!

Support

When you need to cancel an order for the first time its difficult to know who to go to. Customer support is difficult to find and when you finally discover you can text online through instant messaging or call support it takes too long to get anyone and your thirty minutes to cancel has just expired. To boot my order has 59% off both books and now with the cancellation my money is held in the bank transaction and my discounts were lost in the order I placed after I fixed typos. How do I get them back?

Mother's Day gifts received late by thousands of customers!

One of the biggest reasons that I ordered from Shutterfly is because your website said that I would have my daughter's very first Mother's Day gift 1 day BEFORE Mother's day. You used deceptive practices to get people to make their Mother's Day gift orders through your website by telling thousands of people that they would have them by mother's day! And thousands of people did not get them by mother's day. I demand to get a hefty discount and I better not have been charged any sort of shipping fees because UPS was told to do a 2nd day air delivery to where I should have received it on the 13th and now it hasn't even been received and it is now the 15th of May! What's the point of doing 2nd day air if they're not going to actually deliver it in those two days? I'm livid about this :[

Deleted albums

I am sure to be one of hundreds of consumers who have had their pictures deleted due to a ploicy that one "must" purchase products to keep their pictures on file. When signing up with Shutterfly, years ago, this was not the case. It appears that greed has taken control over what was once a safe place to upload and store our collections is no longer viable. It is financial blackmail to insist upon a purchase of expensive items on Shutterfly to retain our family treasures. Covid has hit the common consumer in the wallet and the need for Shutterfly to delete personally stored items seems unjust during these times of economic distress. I am a senior citizen and cannot just buy something for the sake of keeping an account open. I am disgusted and dissappointed with Shutterfly. Karen Tesny

You put 2023 on mud son’s graduation invitation rather than 2023

I ordered 200 graduation invitations for my sons graduation. We JUST NOTICED that you guys printed 2022. All my orders show it at 2023.
