I cal to ask about my reward I have been using my email and stuff to buy movie tickets and drinks and stuff and I havent been receiving the reward and I called to ask about it but I havent get to talk to someone or even have a option of speaking to someone we only have three options pick a theater picked up 10 and pick a movie name

I purchased 4 tickets to a 7:40 movie. I arrived to theater Around 6:45. The parking lot at stadium was full and I drove around until 8pm looking for a parking spot. I tried to get a refund but no luck.

Terrible experience
Came to this movie theater for a movie for 2nd weekend in a row. Popcorn is popped ahead of time left in bags. Not served fresh nor hot. All the icee machines are broken. The soft drink machines dont have ice, nor carry most of the drinks its suppose to offer.

Racially Discrimination Acts
Purchased tickets for children and their parents. Was randomly racially profiled once entered line to purchase snacks at the concessions. Two males walked up very aggressively asking me do I have legal documentation showing my children were mine. They didnt bother to ask any other parents to show proof but African American children of color. I have video showing the discriminatory acts. Then they proceed to escort me and my children out and saying we're banded. No problems were caused for them to come towards me aggressively and racially. I need this matter handled. I have been a star member for over 10 years.

Refund for Purchase
I ordered tickets at the Concourse Plaza Multiplex Cinemas on February 27, 2020 at the movie time 4:05pm for the total amount of $33.07. My tickets were for the order to see Sing 2 for General Admission and a Nacho combination. I filled out online on the website to get refunded and I took a screen shot that my funds have been refunded. I need a confirmation number that I have been refunded with the discover credit card that I used to purchase my ticket. Please call me at 914 454 **** and if you cannot reach me leave me a message or email me with updated information about the refund at genoveffam319@***.com. Obviously to go to the Concourse Plaza Multiplex Cinemas you have to be vaccinated and I am not so that's exactly the reason why I need to be refunded for the purchase. Thanks for your cooperation. Gift Card Review
They took money from a full gift card, told me it had been refunded to the gift card. I paid with my own money and they never refunded the balance back to my gift card. It was a$50 gift card that they emptied.
