Refused to provide the service I needed.
I have four dogs who all needed rabies vaccines. The ShotVet website listed rabies as one of the individual vaccines offered. I registered to save my spot for a particular event. They will allow you to purchase a package in advance, but not individual shots. After driving the dogs to the event and waiting in line for 40 minutes I learned that they were not willing to do individual vaccines that day. I wasted a great deal of time and gas money. If there was that stipulation on that particular day there is no excuse for their failing to disclose it.

Sam worked with me to help me find my father-in-laws dogs records. She was pleasant and Patient and checked in many different places before she finally found his records.

Poor service
I over paid. I paid online because they said I wouldnt have to wait. There was no difference I still waited in line behind everyone. They said refund would be issued I contacted them a few days later because I hadnt received refund. They said it would take up to 10 business days. I contacted them on the 9th day because I hadnt recieved a pending refund on my banks end or an email or anything. They never initiated the refund to begain with. Super disappointed in this company. Hold times are horrible. Dont prepay its a pain in the rear. Doesnt save you any time. Will not be back!!!

I never received a copy of the shots or receipt. Paid online day before. Day of could not find us on the list. They called the office was on their list. Got three rabies tags. Had. Three cats 284209,283099,282581. Would like a copy of all three vaccination records.

INEXPERIENCED "VET" THAT WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL
DONT GO TO THE POOLER GA PETSMART FOR SHOTS WITH THE CURRENT VET. SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE, DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO GIVE SHOTS. EVERY DOG THAT WENT INTO BACK STORAGE AREA YELPED IN PAIN. GAVE SHOTS IN THE VEINS AND COMPLAINED ABOUT EACH DOG. YELLED AT THE ASSISTANT. IF SHE WAS REALLY A VET, SHE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION. SHE WAS AFRAID OF THE DOGS AND ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE THERE. I AM GOING TO REPORT HER TO SHOTVET, AS SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED BEFORE #1 SHE REALLY HURTS A PET AND #2 THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

They lie about prescriptions. You pay inflated prices for drugs from them or you don't get any. They lie about this until they get your money and want more. Vets are almost sober.

Unprofessional team at Port Charlotte Fl Vet did not pay any attention to client's or their pet's needs. Appeared totally unaware and didn't care.
We all went there with our pets in the pouring rain. Terrible experience!!!!!!

Appalling email from "Chief PEOPLE Officer"! Vile and disgusting. Refusing purchase of Trifexis, animal abuse. Am reporting this issue with FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. THE HEALTH OF MY 11 YEAR OLD DOG IS AT RISK DUE TO Scott B's horrendous attitude towards welfare of animals, pets. Shut this business down!!!

Obtain shot records
Representative very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about request for shot records issue. Never had any issues so far. I love using Shotvet for vaccinations for my two dogs.

If I'm Already resterstiered from getting her first puppy shots a year ago but paying for all three rounds that time abs repaid but Im glad to find out that she does have a hurt murmur she hears on both side and to get her to a vet or cardiologist she said its a 4

HORRIBLE SERVICE
DON'T EVER take your dog to ShotVet for vaccine! They are Anything but Professional! They are not organized and Very Rude! I had 3 appts in Port Charlotte for my 3 dogs to have Rabie shots. ShotVet was suppose to be at destination at 4pm, they didn't show until 420pm, then set up was 430pm. Mind you this is in Port Charlotte, Fl it is 92 degees out and I was the second person there. They sit up in vacant parking lot. I had already been there 45 mins before they even showed. Never apologized for being 30 min late. They announced everyone that had pre-paid online was first! Your Reservation DID NOT MATTER! They did not have a place online to pay for just rabie shots only! Then the people that had dealt with ShotVet before knew they would be late, so the crowd got there late too, around 430pm and jumped to the head of the line. If their operation is going to be SO SCREWED UP! They should at least have a numbering system, like Walmart Deli, and take the people that got their first! It was way too HOT for my dogs to be in that heat, my blood pressure was through the Roof, so I took my Dogs and went home! SAVE yourself the Misery of dealing with these unprofessional Kids, posing as veterinarians!
