Don’t respond to emails
Wrong phone number and cant link my cards. Have many points and wanted to do school shopping for my grandkids. Have tried several times to no avail and am thoroughly disappointed. Need to have this resolved as soon as possible. Pissed consumer

No rewards rewarded
I have $5.00 on an e-card. Im asked to verify my account with my phone number, but when I put in my phone number, I get a message: phone # is already in use, choose a different one, and I dont get my rewards. They havent contacted today about this message this morning. Not sure what to do? You gave me their phone #, but its out of order. ???

Can’t get points
I log into Shopkicks, try to scan product barcodes, dont get points. It says it cant locate me, in any store I go into to get points. Its been 2 weeks since Ive been able to get points. My location is on on my phone.

Ido not get my kicks for products I purchase this is the second
This is the second time , I was cheated out of 1500 kicks for my purchase I am very dissatisfied, so I just will not ever purchase anything and just kick in store, you won't get my business on buying, I'll just make money off you only kicking .

Poor I called the number and it said does not accept phone calls
Didn't get kicks for all my items on receipt only got 600 when it should have been 3400 points and i invited someone and didn't get my 500 points for that

My app has been shut down
My app has been suspended . I tried to redeem my gift card can someone please help me to get my Shopkick from being suspended and working again. I havent been able to get any walk-ins for s couple of months now

After scanning daily, watching videos daily, and purchasing items. I accumulated lots of points. I decided to save them until the holidays. However I tried to get a giftcard for $15. I kept getting an error message and decided to email them. I did get a response saying my account was suspending that I didnt abide by the rules. I absolutely abided by the rules. Interesting. Have only scanned and watched videos for about a month. Last receipt was for household cleaners. So, my point would be why am I allowed to scan and watch videos along with the receipt uploaded. Why wasnt I notified of the account being suspended. So, I would have been scanning for months until the holidays to then find out the account was suspended. Yet, I get emails constantly and interact with everything on Instagram. They even have taken and posted my comments at times. Very sketchy of Shopkicks. Now, today Im kicked out even receiving two emails from them. Dont waste your time. Lack of customer service too! I did read in their comments that have a habit of denying points, gift cards and not responding other than you are suspended. Instagram check post comments from Nov. 2022 - July 2023.

Haven’t been able to unlink my card
It said this number doesnt take phone calls and I just want to unlink a credit card that I no longer have as it wont let me add a new one so Im missing out on points

Because I need to speak to someone over the phone I don’t like this service that you guys have right now and you have a wrong phone number to where no one can get in touch with your customer service

I signed up for Shopkick and it has Shopkick for my name is stead of Gloria Clark. It doesnt have my phone number it has someone elses phone number and then I need to change my email address because my email was hacked.

I am upset that I was denied kicks for an item which I scanned in store then purchased. When I tried to have the issue resolved there was a fee to resolve the issue. Not a good practice for customer
Purchased an item after scanning the exact same item and I was not awarded the purchase kicks after I submitted the receipt

Can't get rewards
Worked hard to get the 12500 kicks for 50 gift card stood at the store with my 6 yr old trying to redeem it his toy in hand and I had to break his lil heart. Made calls and it doesnt go through and my emails are never responded to. Such a joke.

Can’t send them an email
Got a response that my receipt didn't have a valid purchase for kicks. Tried sending email with receipt and for some reason, no matter how I type in my phone number, it kicks me back to that section. Due to that error, 8 cant send customer service the information. I've never had a problem before and have used the app for years. I've earned over $200 in Ulta Gift Cards and never had a problem. But this is the second time this has happened in the past few months.
