Unresponsive to a charge that was on my charge account. I have to wait for them to send me a form explaining that it was not charge I made. Which I have already done whe talking to their agent.

A charge and interest on my Shop Your Way credit card which I closed and did not make. I have an excellent credit rating of 880 and never welched on a legitimate charge. I have charges that were made on my Cap One card and when I spoke with a rep. from their company it was taken care of immediately.. Needless to say I will not be doing any business with them.

Promotion offer

The customer service representatives in the Philippines are not geared towards customer service satisfaction. They are not helpful and usually you get disconnected.

I really don't know how to use the ShopYourWay

I dont have a complaint all I wanted to know is how do I use my ShopYourWay points? I dont like putting everything on computers. Id rather talk to somebody on the phone but you dont seem to care about the people who charge on your MasterCard because youre not answering the phones.

I’m trying for 2 hours to reach anyone to report card lost

Can not reach customer service to report my card lost and to make a payment due This is absolutely unacceptable to have to write at least 100 symbols to get help

I tried to get customer service to be able to speak with a real person.

I explain what I need assistance with the phone number to customer service and did not get any resolution to a simple request. I was told to discard my M/C the card and I did. I used the 1-87*-***-**** which was useless to speak to customer service. The computer transfer you to another useless company that charges you.

Appliance repair, can't reach anybody

I just had work done on my dishwasher, and now it won't start. Can't reach a customer service person. I spent to much money to have it only work 2 months.

Received my statement and notice that the payment was applied to a promotion that was to expire in 2024 and nothing was applied to promotion ending in June 2023.

Spoke to customer service rep, and she said the COMPUTER decides where to place payment! If you want to transfer balances only do one or the COMPUTER will apply payment to the lowest balance.

Citi talked me into this account and did a balance transfer. The only other citi account showed up on my credit score and was paid in full!

Never once did this syw account allow me to use my rewards and did not notify me of increase in interest to 29% They never once since 2018 reported this account on my credit score and lied to me over n over and then blocked my phone number! I paid and paid and then upon research realized they had charged me late fees and some payments I made were not credited! One can not ever pay this off and I doubt the validity of the account as it was never reported on my credit score! Even though I made monthly payments up to may 2022 they still did not report to credit score with 3 different Equifax, TransUnion , credit karma, and when I asked why they could not tell me! Now they turned account to collections with interest and late fees! They should be sued in class action lawsuit!

Password issues and payment source problems

I have to change my password EVERY single time I try to log in to my account! I even save my password on my laptop and that doesn't work. Today when I finally got into my account there was a payment source from a bank that I don't have or know with the last 4 digits of that account number and a payment amount that isn't mine. So if someone else's payment source info is on my account then I guess my payment source info is on someone else's!!! When I finally got through to a person after 4 calls being cut off by the automated system, they decided to cancel my card & issue a new one, which is fine. But, that doesn't help the issue of payment source bank account numbers being on the wrong people's accounts! This is a serious security breach and they told me if someone starts paying their bill with my bank account number to just call then back using the number on the back of the card...seriously?! There should a direct number to get through to an actual person. Fed up with this card company!
