Fraud company

They will take the money and read the order to change its status to processed. But never answer any call or email. The shipment never been sent. Cancelling the order to get refund is not possible. The order will be in the processed status. My order since Nov-21 until now.

No product shipped

shock warehouse doesn't answer phone messages or emails that have been sent. they take the funds and dont ship what is ordered going to the bank to get a refund will be contacting the Mississippi government officials about getting funds back and reporting about the company

Only open to take your money, then file bankruptcy.

Quick to take my $561. Now I feel like the chase is on to either get my product or my money back, this company is functioning on borrowed time. If you have an order, cancel it and try to get your money back. Good luck, my fellow suckers!

Order Never Received

Placed an order on shocks that were in stock. Month later still havent arrived. Sent message requesting update and was never contacted back. Just requested to cancel order. Wait and see if they respond. How can a company continue to be in business with such poor service?

Happy customer.

Ordered four shocks on Wednesday 2PM and received them on Friday 2PM. Two day service! Box was open but nothing missing. Thanks Shock Warehouse.

Bad Customer Service

I ordered rear shocks for my Toyota Tundra on 3/25/21. Every time I called to check on the order, I got run around from Carlos Escalante who kept saying order will ship tomorrow. I never got shipping information or package tracking. Shocks just showed up 2nd week in May. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM SHOCK WAREHOUSE. I WAS GOING TO BUY STRUTS FROM ALSO, BUT NOW ID RATHER SPEND ELSEWHERE AND PAY MORE THAN DEAL WITH THIS AGAIN.

Discount Code

I purchased 4 shocks and wanted to use the $10 code but accidently used the $5 code. Can you apply the $10 to my order? I have left my information to be contacted several days ago, next I tired calling both the 800# and 954# no one answers and then the phone hangs up. When calling, you inform callers of a USA code for $10 off if the purchase is over $100 which mine is. Jim

Waiting month for refund

Waiting a month for refund of shocks. An order that was on back order and was never told. So I finally got a hold of them, and canceled the order and never got a refund. Order mid-January now its mid-February credit card is due and no refund

Money from refund and core product return

I have tried contacting your company several times regarding the items below and cannot make any progress. Emails go unanswered. Phone messages unanswered. Messages via your website, unanswered. I even texted with Jay who acknowledged receipt of core product and cancelled order himself. I have not received anything further. I need to have the money below refunded immediately!

Won't respond to customers

Bought 2 KYB Strut Plus assemblies. One has a upper bushing issue. Have left multiple messages no return calls. Contacted KYB directly and found out Shock warehouse is NOT an authorized KYB seller and buying KYB products from them voids the manufacturers warranty. Guess my next call is to the N.J. Attorney General's Office.

POOR Product Packaging

I just received four Bilstein Shocks and a Bilstein Steering Dampener for my 2014 Ford F-250. While they all arrived, UPS delivered them in a box that clearly was not the box they were shipped in..! I honestly believe that I can blame this 50% on UPS and the other 50% on SHOCK WAREHOUSE for failing to properly package their products...! I have sold Industrial Tools for over forty years and I know that UPS can break darn near anything. THIS is why anything you give to those guys must be packaged as if it were going to be dropped out of one of their Airplanes as it passes overhead..! Anything less is an accident waiting to happen. SHOCK WAREHOUSE needs to up their game on how that prepare their products for shipment..! BUYER BEWARE..!

Poor service

Had a RA# to return non-fit shocks and returned them May 5 with confirmation. Contacted June 6 they said they would look into it. No response. Contracted again Via email June 12 and no response. Its sad theyre still in biz!

Horrible service

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and as yet have no shipping information, their phone hangs up on you, they do not answer emails, texts, or online chat. They have my money and I have nothing, not even a conversation. I feel scammed. If I could do ZERO stars I would.
