Follow up on Shipt call

Still no response from Shiptthe few customer service representatives that I have spoken too have been very rude about the situation by just saying nothing we can do and have a nice day or just hanging up when Im trying to get info about my deactivation

Did not get delivery for the 4TH Time

Texas Shipt shoppers are HORRIBLE, Think twice before using their services. This company was not my choice but CVS uses them and they are terrible. If you are waiting for your medications you will might as well just go ahead and pick them up from the pharmacy or have someone take you to get them. When you try to file a complaint or speak to a manager it is a waste of time because it is nothing they can do.

Deactivated Account

I have been working for Shipt for over a year and never had any issues today August 18, 2023 I received an email that my account was deactivated permanently due to my ratings being below a 4.70 my rating was 4.67 which I have no control of a customer wants to rate me or not Ive accumulated a few customers referred me as their personal shopper and I loved what I did this was extra income for me as a single mom with 2 kids 1 in college and 1 who just started middle school I woke up early every weekend just to get orders Im really upset with what has happened and Im reaching out to hopefully get my account back active I mean I didnt violate nothing but low ratings please please reconsider this mistake that has been made and activate my account back

I want to do shipt again but I forgot my login

There has to be another number for technical issues or login issues. I have been a member for long and I made sure I provided great service but I forgot my login information and when I called I see its been disabled? When I try reactivating the customer service representative hangs up on me

Failed delivery

Goods still not delivered so I have not received refund on goods sent.Nearly two weeks since delivery items picked up by courier

Beware of using Shipt in the Washington DC area

It is very important for all customers who reside in the Washington DC area to be very careful if you chose to use Shipt Delivery. It has been the most awful REPEATED experience as a consumer that I have ever had. I have cancelled my membership as of this AM based on todays experience but this was not the first time. Today I ordered over $120 worth of groceries to be delivered. The shopper accepted my order, I was charged for it completely tip included. The shopper proceeded to mark my order as delivered and completed- yet I received NOTHING. The shopper charged me and I was never even contacted. To make matters worse - I had to spend over 45 minutes of my time on the phone with a very difficult customer service representative to get a refund for groceries I never received. It was awful, frustrating and not the way I expected to spend a Sunday morning. After canceling my membership I immediately downloaded Instacart and within an hour I had all of the groceries I needed. The service experience was amazing. Please take note if you live in Washington DC do you dont go thru what I did using Shipt,

I was not contacted prior to delivery

I was not sent a text letting me know my order was started and wanted t change something and add an additional item. I had no idea it was in progress or when it would be delivered. This is the first time this happened. Everything else was correct. Just very disappointed.

Explanation of termination

I was suddenly terminated one day without explanation. When I called customer service about it they told me that they can't help me out with the reason why and I had to email the company. When I did I got the answer back it was a general answer and couldn't tell me what supposed behavior was against the policy.

Page deactivated

On Friday, June 16th, my Shipt was deactivated. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. But I am not your average shopper, I go over and beyond for my customers. If you ask them, theyll tell you. If you look at my profile, I have 10 preferred customers and one that asked me to be her preferred shopper just last night, but I couldnt accept it. Out of those 10 preferred customers, 5 are handicapped so I place their groceries inside their door for them. When shopping, I take pics of substitutes for them, giving them an option to choose. There are days when it takes almost 10 minutes for the order to process and the app sometimes go blank on its own, not allowing you to see the product or the aisle its in. I worked for the post office for 8 years, customer service is very important to me, which is why I go over and beyond for my customers. Please reactivate my page, PLEASE. Thank You All

Shipt canceled my membership for no apparent reason

I had been a Shipt customer for over a year. I reported them and they referred to their so called rules. I was a customer, not a shopper. They would not come up with a valid reason for cancelation. I have some serious medical problems with a nerve pressing on a disc in my back. I asked their shoppers to carry the large dog food bag in for me since I could not lift it. Now they canceled me and had refused my calls and blocked my emails. They are the Worst company Ever to treat a customer with a disability like this. They do not care. I have never experienced such rudeness from a company in my life and they refuse to make this right. Customers Beware!

Wrong credit card! I entered a Master Card! They want an APPLE card#???

Bad experiences with shoppers and Customer Service

I was in a car accident and had injuries where I couldn't lift items. I have the Shipt Shoppers deliver upstairs. Shipt canceled my account after a year and a half. I tried to talk to a Supervisor. I was put on hold for a long time. Hung up on twice. Told to respond to their email which bounces back. Had to report them to the BBB. They were rude and disrespectful and refused to give any explanation.Stay Away From Shipt!

Deactivated

My account was deactivated, but I was having issues my car and stopped driving for a couple of months. I did receive an email saying why it was deactivated, but it doesn't seem fair. I possibly did almost 500 deliveries and was only rated 100 or so times. And now my account was deactivated when I wasn't even driving at that moment. I want to know if my account could be reinstated because my ratings was a 4.7, why should it have been deactivated if I was only a point off?

Driver can’t deliver order

Driver cant deliver items I needed for a funeral he also cannot deliver back to store. After an hour on phone with Shipt all they can offer is for me to go to store and rebuy my items and get credit later. Will NEVER NEVER use Shipt!!!

Nephew terminated for unspecified reasons

I've never been a customer of theirs so I cannot rate their service as far as reliability or product reliability or anything like that however my nephew did work for them doing deliveries. My nephew was as outstanding as they come when it came to customer service. He had 12 preferred shoppers people that was specifically request him. He had good remarks across the board with all his customers because he added a personal touch to it it wasn't just shopping for somebody who shopping for himself. Now there are times when a person goes a little above and beyond what is expected of them and they spend a little more time on a customer to make them happy and this will make them sometimes late to make a delivery or delivery drop. Sometimes the information given was the incorrect information and so the directions that he was given he would arrive at the wrong location sometimes using Google maps through their app things would get screwed up. But across the board he always delivered he was for the most part on time. The reasons unknown they suspended his account and then terminated him saying he violated policy. but when asked about what type of policy was it that he wanted something in writing they refused to answer him. They went from being extremely cordial and polite to acting as if he was public enemy number one. The staff and support would no longer supportive of him they were extremely rude they simply sounded like robots saying that they could not speak any more further into it many requests by his father as well as myself and himself to ask them why they terminated him went unanswered. I can only surmise what it transpired you see the night before this he had made a delivery in a predominantly if not all Caucasian neighborhood my nephew is in University going to University and he's a good kid. By far anything but criminal. However there is an older white woman that was walking her dog that night and while he's making deliveries at a house clearly carrying groceries to the house this woman asked him what was he doing. He said that he's making deliveries dropping groceries off of the house this woman says to him well it looks like you're prowling around my nephew being raised right did not engage with her but did tell her that that was called profiling and that was biased and bigot and he didn't appreciate it he spoke to her in a very was it Manor and referred to her as madam. The next day he was terminated. The situation has caused him to be quite insecure about who he is and the color of his skin making deliveries now is very uncomfortable thing for him when he makes deliveries to non African americans. Although shipt has not yet confirmed the reason why they terminated him I believe as well as his father believes that it has to do with that happened with this woman the night before and that this woman more than likely called and filed a complaint which was a complete lie and instead of them coming to my nephew and asking him questions to get clarity they just took the side of this woman who wasn't even a customer and terminated my nephew. I believe this woman was angry because my nephew had intelligence and she was not expecting that she was expecting for him to be anything but intelligent and when he responded to her and intelligent way it made her angry because at the end of the day she was really racist and she didn't like the fact that there was a young black kid making deliveries in the neighborhood it doesn't matter whether he was working or not she profiled him even though he was clearly on the job said that he was prowling around although he was clearly underneath a marked street light with a friend of his who is Caucasian with a dog in the car and the emergency lights on blinking underneath a light clearly visible for everyone to see this woman still profiled him and said that he looked like he was prowling around. I would like for shipt to address this situation and so we can come to some sort of mutual agreement or understanding at least to give clarity as to why they terminated my nephew. As for myself it's left a bad taste in my mouth I had contemplated working for them but after the way they treated him I don't want to work for a corporation or a company that disposes of a good worker without any given reason. So this is my first stop hopefully we can resolve it at this level the next level is to go to the better Business bureau and then above their head to the attorney General's office.
