Complaints courier boy

The courier boy came and call on 3.06 pm on 25 july, I m going outside that i m not able to pickup the call that time .. when i came home at 3.09 i immediately call the courier boy and he told that i allready leaves... In 3 minutes only he leaved from society that he didn't come and deliver the job he does... Why r u giving job such kind of people...

Scam in my order

I ordered 5 polo t-shirts from Ansh traders but I got a old children pant and old apron instead. Outside the bag the sticker shows 5 polo t-shirts but inside i didn't get it. I paid money to ekart and ekart should be the one responsible for the scam because I paid the money to them. I want my refund immediately

Dear Shiprocket Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by Shiprocket. I have encountered multiple issues with my shipments, specifically with the pick-up of two shipments: 143265****6874 and 150484****410. Despite booking these shipments on 21st June 2023 and following all the necessary procedures, Shiprocket failed to arrange pick-up as promised. Now it 3rd day and No pickup. Furthermore, I feel compelled to address the unprofessional conduct and lack of knowledge exhibited by one of your customer care agents, Ms. Arushi, and her manager, Mr. Satin. When I reached out to the customer care team for assistance, both individuals displayed a complete disregard for my concerns and behaved as if it were a bother to assist me. To make matters worse, Mr. Satin abruptly disconnected the call without resolving the issue or providing any explanation. I would like to emphasize that such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your company. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted Shiprocket for my shipping needs, but this experience has severely undermined my confidence in your services. I kindly request the following actions to be taken to address this matter promptly: Ensure immediate pick-up arrangements for the shipments with the respective tracking numbers, 143265****6874 and 150484****410. I expect the pick-up to be scheduled at the earliest convenience and without any further delay. Investigate the conduct of Ms. Arushi and Mr. Satin regarding their unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge. It is crucial to provide adequate training to your customer care team to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer concerns effectively and maintain a respectful and supportive attitude. Provide a formal apology for the inconvenience caused due to the failed pick-up and the unprofessional behavior of your customer care representatives.
