It was all thebway around bad service the donuts tasted stale and where smashed

I didba online order it said it wasnready tool a lyft up there the ladies were rude got the donuts they tasted stale and the chocolate ones where smashed

Everytime I visit this Shiply it’s never no donuts like ion understand they close at 10:00 why isn’t there no glaze

Its never donuts I dont understand if yall close @ 10pm why isnt there no dounts at first I was like okay cause it was close to closing but everytime I go around 4 or 5 they never have any dounts

Everything was horrible, in corpus Christi at the corner of Staples and kostoryz

I ordered fresh coffee it was so old you could nearly cut it with a knife. I ordered a cinnamon roll it was so brown and hard you couldn't even eat it, I ordered a ham and cheese kolache, they were so much bread and it wasn't even warm. This store needs to be reprimanded, this was at 11:00 a.m. May 24th 2020, 956-244-**** Don't go there

Rude and disrespectful staff

My second day at work at at 9824 Mason Rd, Richmond, Texas was the worst. Manager was unfriendly and rude. I was also yelled at by a baker because I told him that a customer asked for hot donuts. After ignoring me almost all morning I addressed the issue and asked for the owner's phone number because she refused to correct the issue. I am hoping the owner reaches out. No one should ever allow another employee to have to work in a hostile work environment or allow cliques. We are suppose to be there to do our jobs and please the customers. Sad thing, it's all on video.video.

Overcharged my account

I went to a store in San Antonio Texas and they charge my account close to $2000 and neither the manager or the owner have returned my call.

Bad food and service

we went and ordered dozen assorted which was 3 filled long john..3 glazed..3 filled jelly. 2 cinnamon twisted..1 maple iced. He added up everything and said they were $ 19.50. I told him I have never paid over $10 for them. He said that was how we should be charged. He then decided to be rude when I told him fine I was going to Duncan donuts. He told to get then. I left went 4 blocks to Duncan ordered the same. It was $9.98. This was the store on FM 1960 &;;;amp; Kuykendahl, Houston TX 77090.

Just went to the new Shipley's do-nut on Telge Rd (Cypress TX) and I was surprise to see a couple walking out without a face mask.

There were no signs on the door saying that a face mask is required to go inside. the reason was that as I went in, two persons were walking out without a face mask. I look for the fire marshals occupancy paper and didn't see it. The reason I was looking for it was that while I was there we were 3 people inside and the counter space is so small and the lady behind the counter wanted me to step up, so that she could help me and I told I was going to wait. I had to wait because of the 6-foot distance (not enough space). The place is so small that the fire marshal should only allow no more than 2 or 3 persons inside at a time. I ask the manager or owner that they need to put the face mask sign on the door, he said he forgot. (com-on man) I waited in my car for 15 mins and they never put up the sign. I don't think I will be going to that Shipleys for a while. The fire marshal or health dept needs to go out and have them put the proper signage.

Employee complaint

Visited your shop at 6634 highwy 6 s houston tx 77083 Walked in and was ignored by the heavy set spanish lady. She finnaly told me "what do you want" i was like a i need a halve donzen and she got an attitude i asked for a blue sprinkle and she said no they are gone and i pointed and said you have a whole plate and she put it in the bag. Then i told her i needed a pink one and she got even more attitude told me to hurry up and then i asked for 2 glaze and 2 bags donut holes she rang it up and told me thats enough. So i aske my kids what drink i asked dor a dr pepper and she got it and said ok pay now i said hold on please. I asked my kids did they want mik and they were trying to decide and she brought a strawberry milk and rang it up and i told her no my kids are allergic to the strawberry. She said no you pay i said no then she shaking her head and saying something in spanish i asked her to put it back and please give me 2 dr pepper she put the dr pepper up and got a coke. I said no thats not what i need. Then she had to void as i paid she called me a white *** Amd as i walked out she was saying other bad things. If this is the way yall will treat customers i will never support shipleys and all 48 corporate companies we buy donuts for i will stop. Just because your employee was having a bad day or is racist doesnt mean she has to act like that.

Health and safety concerns

Shipley Do Nuts 1358 Nasa Rd 1 Nassau Bay TX 77058. I went to the shipleys this morning at the Nassau Bay location. The Hispanic male at the drive thru did not have a mask or gloves on, so I left and did not purchase anything. This worker is putting customers at risk of getting the COVID-19.

Order issue

Ordered 2 lemon filled donut got 2 red filled ones. I hate those!!! I ordered 7 kolaches. I wanted 4 without cheese cause my kids are allergic to cheese they had cheese on them. Had to eat something else. I ordered 2 jalapeno those wernt right either. The also charged me for an extra one I didnt even order!! They all double sausage in them to if those cost extra I didn't ask for those either. Nothing was right on the order but 2 cappuccinos I got. I went across town and my van broke down I could not come back and even if I could it would cost me more money in gas to come back. I want my money back for that order!!!!

Takes too long

have been in drive through for 20 min now and they have only served one person... This is a re-occuring event. I love shipleys but there is no reason it should take them 20 min to get together a sandwich a coffee and a dozen donuts its ridiculous. Its 9 am they already have the donuts ready i dont understand what takes so long but it never fails everytime i come here. The stores zip code is 72120.

Contaminated milk

I purchased a strawberry milk. When i got to work and opened the milk the seal didnt break and when i went to return the milk the employee would refund my money or exchange the milk. He basicly said i dont have a receipt and didnt but the milk from there. *** you have a camera. I am not drinking milk with a seal that didnt break

Filled order incorrectly

Went by Shipleys located on Roddfield Rd on u 8-9-19. Did the drive through only because I did not have to go inside and wait other people in line. I felt uneasy about thinking then i won't see what i am asking for. But did not have the time.. anyway the woman at the wi dow took my order. I made clear to her that I wanted a mix but i wanted 3 glazed donuts in the mix. I wantes 2 chocolate donuts one with and without nuts and the rest filled but no raspberry because of an allergy. She gave me a fkat bix which i gad never seen before i usually have gone to Shipleys on Saratoga. But beeing this fairly new one on Roddfield was in my direction. I paid and took the box with donuts feeling kind of light in weight. But i thought surely she gave me what i asked for. When i arrived at my destination i discovered she had filled the order INCORRECTLY!!! I was NOT happy with her inability to fill the order correctly! Today on Saturday I called them to let them know what they've done and they gave me the run-around when woman answered and said do you want the whole dozen replaced and I said well yeah. So then she put the manager on the line and then that manager acted like how many donuts did she give you wrong well in my opinion she gave them to me all wrong although she did put one chocolate donut in there and she did put 3 glazed donuts in there so do the math.! I will never give them business again and I guarantee you I give a lot of business to these donut shops cuz I give them away. I am not happy and if they're going to play those games and steal people's money that is *** And I just want you to know that's what they did and I will post it on Facebook and I will not ever have any of my family or friends go to that location! You know I am the customer and I even took a picture but I'm not going to argue with them I'm just not going to do it. They are so unprofessional or lack inderstanding of what i am conveying to them. And if the owner put them up to that.. well joke is on them! There are plenty of other donut shops in Corpus Christi and they're super good too!

Ripping people off

About 3 months ago I went into the local Shipleys in Russellville Arkansas, which I used to go all the time. I love their biscuits and gravy and I always order the double. Well they were out of the cartons for doubles so they charged me for two singles. That made me mad and I did not return until today. Today I go in and again they did not have the double cartons. The young girls said they would charge me for two singles. I said that is ridiculous, just give me a single. The young girl had to be new because she didnt even know how to make the single. She then proceeded as I was walking out the door to chuckle and speak in Spanish to the other lady working. She was making fun of me because of what I said and cutting her eyes at me. This really upset me. I believe they are not ordering the double cartons so they can rip people off by charging them for singles. I will not pay more for a double biscuit and gravy than what the menu says it should be. I did not ask for two singles. The young girl did not know that I can speak Spanish and understood every word she said. I will not go back there again. Before this started happening months ago I went into there every single day I worked and got a double and on the weekends I took my three grandchildren there for donuts and other stuff usually spending at least $45.00 on Saturday and Sunday together every week and of course the Monday through Friday sales. Now times that by 52 weeks and it may not seem like much but if there are other customers that have done the same then you are loosing a lot of money in a year. Very disappointed.
