Terrible Customer Sevice
Placed an order onlinetried to call to talk to someone cant talk to a live person. Tried live chat.took an hour for that only to find out machine had been down and my order would not arrive in time. Had tried emailing with no response. I do not recommend this company.

I placed the order and October 1 and never received a confirmation or tracking number when placing the order they wanted to be informed when the party was as of October 7 I have not received anything and its very hard to even get in contact with anyone

Been calling and emailing and trying the live chat and nothing. Everything is a run around and since last week no response or any thing and live chat is a lie everything I go on its more then 50 minutes and then it kicks me out to start timer again

I only received half my order
Hard to contact, time is essential. I have an event coming up. Been calling sending emails no reply I only received one of my banners. The banner I received was rolled so tight that there were wrinkles throughout the banner. I am very pissed especially trying to call. Every prompt send you back to the website, no human assistance
