Product faulty, literature with product says any problems "reach out to us and return product" return to where exactly no address given,no phone number to speak to a human .

Product does not work . Customer service can only be described as obstructive. They will not give even a return address phone number does not exist and now they require me to provide a video of the product not working ! How do you do that. Pure Kafka. If the product worked it would be superb but it t doesn't ant the companydont seem to give a toss about a pissed of customer.

Horrible. Horrible.

Defective Shiftcam Pro Grip delivered. Still under warranty. I contacted the company numerous times and provided two videos. Never heard back. Terrible customer service!

Have not received pledged items

Hi - I have absolutely no news about my pledged items. No response. One of the worst experiences with any kickstarter pledge. Extremely frustrating and its sad they cannot keep to timelines. No news on delays if any. I am thinking king of asking for a refund. I have already sounded all my acquaintances who were waiting for my reviews to purchase this.

Slow shipping substitution, products don't work as advertised

I have been informed that I will receive a refund. They sent a prepaid shipping label and will waive the restocking fee.

Waiting to see the amount go back on my credit card. It probably took literally 50+ emails to resolve.

I saved them all. I documented every single one and sent back my stuff with photos of the equipment, packaging, the shipping slip, etc.

Took a very long time to receive items from Hong Kong to US. Had to repeatedly ask Customer Service for order update. Item stock was unreliable. One item in the order was substituted after the order was paid for and processed. When items arrived the lenses are unusable. They are extremely blurry around the edges and cause photos to be overexposed on the iPhone 13 Pro regardless of what app is used. I have tried for days to contact Customer Service about a return but they WON'T ANSWER emails, Facebook messages, LinkedIn contacts, website chat inquiries. So at this point I can't return anything. Feel extremely frustrated and out a good chunk of money.
