To make a complaint

Okay, I stayed at the 5 point's nurk on the 22nd to the 23rd and there was problems with the room I called to let them know there was problems with the room and they stated they were contact me back. I haven't heard anything from this shirt in all 5 points I just tried to call them again and the phone. Just ring ring raing. If you can help me, it'll be appreciated.

Robbery

Ive been going to Sheraton a few times around the U.S. and only had a problem in Sheraton Tampa Brandon 3 times one was because of some wired head phones went missing didnt make a big deal they couldnt do anything and the other time a dirty shirt appeared in one of the rooms weve stayed right when we entered we told them about it they said sorry and now this one went way beyond ! We left a Nintendo switch in the room we went out to eat and came back it was gone we told front desk she said we cant do anything once again she also told us we shouldve taken our things but our check out was on Monday note we were checked in on Saturday so we didnt have to take out anything we argued and asked for the manager she told us there was no manager we asked so who do you talk to when there is a problem she told us the cops and we told her well then call them then she told the cops and accused us of trying to hit her had us trespassed canceled our rooms so we had to find somewhere else to stay and out of nowhere after we left Sheraton told us they found it but we are still trespassed there so instead of them trying to end on a good note with us they ended on a bad note name of the lady from the front desk is Lativa we asked for her last name told us it wasnt important

The movies are priced $19.99, when I received my checkout bill, I had been charged $29.78 plus fee in Lieu to tax $5.21, and Miscellaneous $5.21. Seriously !

PISSED CUSTOMER, HOUSTON NORTH HOTEL

People who gave this hotel a 4 star rating must have been deficient in their counting capabilities. When I spoke to the person making my reservation, she assured me that here would be a microwave and refrigerator in my room. NOT!! The so-called stool looked like it was bought at some used hotel discount place. The tub, OMG! I wouldn't stand in the shower, much less sit in the tub. The noisy air conditioner, sad. I had to choose over a cool room or noise. I turned it off. I am a 68 year old female with medical challenges. I am a recovering addict of 26 years clean and sober. That room gave me flashbacks. It looked like something that addicts might get once a month when they get checks. The manager changed my room. Someone brought a microwave, left it tilted and unplugged on the refrigerator. This is definitely a place for truckers, pilots, and airport personnel who only want to stay a night or so. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have not heard a word from them.. I go by almost every day when I'm out and I always see dozens of people going in the door to get to it from the mall..

I am referring to your Hamilton,ON. location. This location has an entrance way of if King Street into the lobby. In the other side of the lobby is a Starbucks and an entrance way to the adjoining. Mall I admit that the last couple years have made me kind of rough l9oking from being homeless. At one time I was a guest st this liocstion as well as many other fine hotels across Canada. I lost everything and apparently your security as well as your management have now taken away what little respect I had for myself I was approached in a very rude manner by security and very aggressive from management telling me I can not come in to go to Sar bucks .I have to walk 2 blocks to get around I failed to mention that I have a walker because of a walking issue. I as very oiy out over this and I pointed out that at least 20 people have just done the same thing .. I have ben outside a few times since then and have noticed. A very hurtful trend. I see that if a person appears to be homeless they can not come though but if you look somewhat respectful they allow you and even greet you with a smile If you don't want people going in your lobby to get to the mall or Starbucks then it should soky to everyone... I am not allowed in the hotel now and was kicked out of the mall for a week.. I am tempted to clean up .dress nice and not take my walker and see if they will give me a room for the night... Is this the way you encourage your employees to treat the poor..? I expect a resolution and apology from the manager. . I could also turn it into a very public mess.hsving access to hundreds of homeless that are tired of being treated like *** . They are .more than willing to demonstrate against your company.. I hope your not taking this as a joke. It if no joke to be treated like a common criminal when all I wanted was to buy coffee Paul Fitzgerald

Double charged

Double charged.. waited outside for shuttle service.. from airportone hr.. 30 temp out and snowing.. called 3times to hotel,. Shuttle never arrived Didnt stay and went home.. hotel charged for 2 nights I left numerous messages for manager to call me back.. never did!!! NEVER book this *** hotel again! I am a Travel Agent and have never been treated so horribly anywhere else in the world!!!

Sales Manager Lied During Presentation on 25 Feb at The Woodlands TX to Secure Sale of Sheraton Vacation Club

Sales Manager Cory Britt, during sales presentation, explicitly said if we applied for an American Express Bonvoy credit card, we could finance our purchase 15 months interest free, AND receive 100,000 Bonvoy points. After receiving the $250/annual AEX card, AEX disclosed no such program exists at American Express. Mr. Britt lied to close the sale. Had I known this, I would not have agreed to purchase. The presentation's purpose at The Woodlands was to talk us into trading our one week timeshare at the Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North on Maui for membership into the points based Sheraton Vacation Club. Britt is nothing more than a high paid con man, and shame on your organization for employing him.

Room 102 (crime scene)

I booked a room at a Sheraton in Anchorage, AK. The room was literally a bloody crime scene when we arrived. We didn't realize until about 30 minutes after arriving, and by then my 4 year old daughter had touched everything, making it even worse. See the attached photos. This site wont let me post the large video. Theres a large amount of blood and bodily residue on the floor (looks like up close gunshot splatter to me), blood on the lampshade, something yellow, and more. I am becoming more and more disturbed by the incident. Particularly how it put my family at risk by exposing us to disgusting bodily fluids (hepatitis, aids, God knows what), and 48+ hours later it feels more and more traumatic. It keeps going through my mind My daughter was crawling around in the vicinity of the worst bloody spot. It brings chills. What is Sheraton going to do to make this right? (Well beyond comping my entire stay.) I am getting no response from Corporate, and the hotel just wants to give me 1 night free which is beyond pitiful. This is not the type of incident where you get your room comped or the first night free, its the type of situation where you get free hotels for life, and a check, and a bigger check if it turns out you were exposed to hepatitis, etc. Why is Sheraton non-responsive?

Regards the Sheraton in which I stayed from 04-14-2023 thru 04-16-2023 I had several issue's going on. The TV didn't work the 3 days I was there. Thay had Tech Come out. But mine's still didn't work. But my friend TV in Room 316 worked. The lock on the door came jamming up. I had to call about that issue. The pipe in the garage leaked some type of drippings on my car. Space 26 pictures can be provided. It seems to be some type of grease. Went to the Car Wash in Arlington on 4-16-2023. Not very good experience.

Bad Attitude Behavior from Sheraton Makkah (Four Points Al-Naseem)

Hi, Sharing my first lousy impression experience started with the staff (reception), whose unorganised wording, no welcome words, the payment methods and no late checkout. At the same time, I checked in late, and they wanted an extra charge for every hour unrelated to any standard worldwide (if yes, please share the policy standard with me). Last is the hotel cleaners and customer care, and hotel operation. I hope you accept me as a loyal customer or lose me, and I'm not recommending anyone to book with you. In both ways, I want to escalate this case to the Four Points management and legal teams, as well as social media. Ahh, I've forgotten that there is no Iftar within the package where I've booked breakfast via booking.com Regards, Amer

I would give them a zero if I could. Concert was canceled bit they will still bill me because I didn't cancel within 24 hours of concert. A bit hard to do when concert was just canceled .

Told me that I had to cancel 24 hours in advance. As stated, hard to do when the concert was abruptly canceled. Will NEVER stay in a Sheraton hotel again or in one owned by the company which owns the Sheraton. Absolutely worst policy ever. Never again.

Sheraton Detroit - Novi Experience

Hello, As you may know, Detroit experienced an ice storm that left over 400k homes without power. I was one of those people, and due to the cold, booked 2 nights at the Sheraton Detroit Novi location, Thursday February 23rd and Friday February 24th. When I booked, I booked for two nights trying to be proactive and have a place to stay if needed. Our power ended up being turned back on Friday around 5pm. I was still charged full price for a room I did not stay in because I was a little late checking out by an hour per the front desk agent. I dont mind paying partial because I DID book the room, but to be charged full price for one hour stay is ridiculous. To make matters even worse, this was during a city-wide emergency, and Sheraton didnt care about that, only taking peoples money. That leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be booking with Sheraton/Marriott in the future. There are companies coming together during an emergency, making sure people are warm and are fed, and then there is Sheraton only concerned about taking peoples money during a crisis. Your organization should be ashamed.

Horrid & Devastating stay

Four Points Sheraton Hotel- located at 503 Cope Way Saskatoon Saskatchewan S7T 0G3. Let’s start off with stating I have stayed at this hotel in previous years, it was great not one issue. However, that was NOT the case this time. This hotel has to be the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed, you couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Not only was it dirty, not kept to health standards, it was for a lack of better terms “trashed” I did not feel safe there with my family. I chose to stay at the Sheraton due to the high quality it typically holds its parters to. We paid nearly $300.00 CAD for a 2 nights stay for our horrific experience. I have photo proof of how dirty the hotel was I will attach them where possible. Let’s dive into it. We stayed in room 301, It was astonishing at how run down and quite frankly disgusting it was! From the telephone not working (how do I ask for the simple requests that were needed and are part of the services I PAID for such as requesting towels?) to a simple broken lamp shade, all the way to blood on the wall. The mold & dirt build up was also out of hand. The pool area was horrid I wouldn’t step foot in this pool or hot tub, the hot tub was cold the outside door had no weather stripping and the floor had a thick layer of ice build up VERY Dangerous!!! the “gentleman” working at the pool was not attending his posting to make sure kids were safe, he was face into his phone and periodically he creepily would watching me and my young girls. after my kids left the pool area I was relieved as the chemical smell was STRONG. Circling back to the room my kids had to shower after the pool, well we booked the room for 4 only 2 towels were provided and again the phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the lobby and request towels (I didn’t want to walk all the way down the hall to the elevators) I headed down those stairs got to the bottom and realize the door wasn’t latched as snow and Ice build up and there was a few people inhaling cigarettes and not so legal drugs, I slammed the door behind me and ran up the stairs to the second floor and down to the elevator… when I told the (not so helpful) customer service agent at the desk that the phone in our room didn’t work he looked at me a blankly and stated “and”? He clearly didn’t care so I asked him for towels waited at least 10-15 minutes until he returned with them and off I went. The mold and dirt in our bathroom was quite atrocious (pictured), no grout left on the bathroom floor and I couldn’t tell ya the last time the exhaust fan or light switches were cleaned, perm marker and burn marks on the furniture and window seals. The paint is pealing all over the elevator waiting area and once in the elevators there is graffiti engraved on the walls, the carpet in the hallways were come apart. I tried continuously to over look all the small things but it kept jumping out at me. I would tell myself it was only for 2 nights. Remember that pool guy… Our first night I came to find out the pool attendant was standing at my hotel door late at night, my husband opened the door to get some airflow and noticed him staring at our room door, just as quickly as the door opened he ran down the stairs next to our room. What an uneasy feeling that my family has to sleep here after that! Who runs away if they did nothing wrong or if they had good intentions??? What would have happened if my husband wasn’t there? In conclusion, I emailed Sheraton NO RESPONSE to the situation. I did not call the hotel directly as it seems like a sinking ship and would be full of excuses instead of fixes. BE WARNED NOT TO BOOK ROOMS AT THIS HOTEL it is in no way anything more than a skeezy run down hotel. ***It will not allow me to add photos
