Did not get deal alert price
2/19/2023 premium gas at Shell. Activated deal alert and only got $.47 off. Should have been $1.77. 14.552 gals @ $3.849 = $56.01 and I was charged $55.58.

Shell is using T Mobile name to scam Americans. I need everyone whomever to go to the Google play store type in Fuel Rewards.

I believe Shell is a whole scam. They partner with the fuel reward program. They a whole scam on there website they say the oil comes from US. On here it's somewhere else. People go read Shell and Fuel rewards app disclaimer form. Shell probably don't know that the fuel rewards program is using there name to scam people and waste there time. It's 2022 they probably in on it to. I want my saving. There's no such thing as a loyalty card. Apps are both fake. Go on Google and read the reviews. They didn't comment on not one post u can't even comment on anyone post. GOOGLE SLIPPING!!! I'm wondering did they read the disclaimer form before adding app to play store. You will never cash any savings out. At the end of the day we all do the same thing delete the app rite. Where are the saving going if we never redeemed the saving . Contacting support doesn't help that's fake too sounds like the same man answering the phone. All these foreigners answering Americans phones. I don't trust them. This foreign scamming has to stop

Money was taken off my card
$89.92 was taken off my card at a Shell gas station by a cashier. The address of the station is 2720 Springhill Avenue. Mobile,AL. 36607. This happened on Sunday July 25 and they haven't refunded my money yet. I feel violated, like I was literally robbed without a pistol. Did'nt like that a homeless man walk in from gathering change to get water. The man was real thristy the owner of shell gas station made him get out for no reason the man stated he was thirsty had out
It was rude to reject this homeless man it was hot he had money the owner was very rude and did not let him come in and buy water why cause he was homeless look broke . That was not fair also this gas station can never give you cash back you ask to break a 20 they say no change all the time go to another store get change

Cashiers are terrible
The cashier was extremely rude to me when I asked for a price check on two items. He raised his voice and yelled that if the prices are to high then go to Another store .All I did was simply ask for a price check considering there is No prices on any item in the store .the prices are to high so I didnt want the items .he continued to be very rude to me .customer service is not a priority to this cashier.

Michelle greeted me with a smile as I entered this Shell Sweet Peas station! She is Always pleasant and kind, with all customers. It takes a special person to interact with the public in a kind hearted way.Michelle is that person! Michelle makes me feel that my business at Shell is Appreciated. I also want to compliment Carmello! She is knowledgeable, patient and gracious as I shop with PA Lottery coupons. She explains the coupons and the free tickets that I will receive. Carmello also redeems my winning tickets smoothly and quickly.

Impossible to reach Customer Service and the station I use is poorly operaated
The have a weird way of showing a $100 charge if you put your card in, push a few buttons and then withdraw card without pumping gas. Your account is not actually charged $100 although a receipt is emailed leading you to think otherwise, thus the confusion! I could never get in touch with anyone to help, very frustrating
