Hi i have tried to contact shein in regards to two issues i have returned 4 items to this company since the 4th august 23 and still not received my refund. And also i am waiting for a delivery for an order I placed on the 17th august which still has not arrived it is utterly frustrating because you cannot speak to anyone only a bot totally unacceptable i want refunds for both issues for items ive returned and items not recieved which total £65.71 altogether I will not order from this company in future and i know many friends who have decided they will not be ordering from this company again, because of the same problem their customer service is terrible totally unacceptable only able to contact them through a bot

I was sent a used portable mini washing machine
It is really annoying to try to resolve something, butt the robot doesn't understand what you are talking about! I ordered a mini washing machine, they sent me a used one with a nail filer inside it! It's clearly been used because it has got powder all over it and dirt! It's very disgusting and disappointing! You cannot even get a solution to the problem! Am not even sure if works!

I have had many issues with deliveries
I have had issues with my order being delivered tried to deal with it and i have had no response back with what id happening! The only response i am getting is what is your phone number and email address which i have stated several times! My parcel was not delivered in the right way, but left on the door step in the open when being told to put in the side alley as started on a note on the door, as i was visiting my gran in the hospital at estimated delivery time. I emailed the courier and they said that they will help and give evidence in a way to get me a refund for my parcel. A helpful response will be useful as i would like a refund, if not consequences will go further, as i am not happy with the response given!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Shein provided a full refund without any problem once I was able to get through to an agent it was back in my bank within hours and a full apology was given ...Will definitely be ordering from them again ....Great customer service.

The courier Evri has emailed me to tell me my delivery has been damaged and they can no longer deliver it and to contact shein to sort out replacement . How can i forward the email to you

Please I bought some items from shein which happened to be too big, so I returned it to shein through evri returns. I generated my return label from evri. Four items, sent 3times through same means. Two was sent back on the 24/06 and 26/06 and the other item 8/06. From evri tracking it shows it has been sent back to shein. But I still did not get any refunds.attached are items bought and those returned.

Dear sir/madam I am contacting you regarding a recent order I received. After wearing it I took a reaction to whatever chemicals were used in the making of the items.I was deeply distressed when the rash appeared as it came out in large blisters and was extremely itchy.I had to take cool showers and cover myself in cooling cream. It took nearly two days for it to completely go.I contacted several people I know who also purchased clothing from your website that have had similar reactions but not to the extent of my bad mine was,I have made several purchases for both myself and my young son, I think you should put warning labels on any clothes that may have something in them that can cause a reaction like this so they can be washed first. I believe I should be compensated in some way for the distress that caused me. order number : GSON522****NHTE
