POOR SERVICE FROM ARAMAX
TRACKING NO 347******** This was my second order from Shein. My address is correct. I had a problem with Aramax with my first order as well, IN WHICH CASE I HAD TO LODGE A COMPLAIN. I have tracked the parcel to Kimberley which is Northern Cape and my area, as stipulated is in the North West province. The reason for Aramax failure is total incompetence. I have lodged a complaint with Ref. JNB/0723/1877. A friend advised me to contact Mrs Noleinne Tarnowski from DPD Laser in Middelburg as, according to her, Mrs. Tornowski always goes above and beyond to help solve a problem regardless. Mrs Tarnowski indeed came to the party. She assisted me at 20H00 without hesitation. She even offered to have my parcel picked up and delivered to me. I suggest you reconsider Aramax as your designated Courier service and consider DPD LASER as they are an International company. Money taken, but order canceled twice
Hi, We have shopped at Shein twice now for the amounts of R10400. Everytime they request transaction documents, but the bank statements don't show pending transactions. Then, after we send docs we have, the still cancel the orders, but the money aren't paid back into our accounts. Why are these orders canceled and money not being paid back?

They are lying saying my parcel has been delivered
I never received my parcel and they claim I received it. I asked who did they give it to? Who signed for it? Shein sent me a courier tracking number called Buffalo and everytime you call you never answered. Their whatsapp number is the same. And when I reported the matter to shein after 3 weeks of trying to get hold of them they just marked my parcel as received knowing that they never delivered my parcel. I got a notification that my parcel was returned to the dispatch depot due to the fact that I was unreachable. My wife and children were home the whole day and never has the courier company pitch.

I bought a cart I cant even remember which month I havent received anything. I got I received two gifts cards worth 7000 each and had to pay R37 for each card but the details appear no where. I am a regular customer I think I buy every two months and the two last ones I dont know whats going one. With gift card I was willing to unpack and take photo and put them on the socials but that not happening cause the gifts cards dont appear. How do I continue being a customer if if Im robbed like this. I bought a blanket that was supposed to cover the bed it doesnt even cover a doll something is wrong here guys and your loyal customers shouldnt suffer. To make up for the delays I was giving 100 what and insult. Fix this for now I have to think really hard about buying cause I was buying for Christmas. Im disappointed very disappointed because two years Ive been wearing SHEIN and nothing else.

I ordered clothes valued at R3.300 and I was promised free shipment. It is very heart breaking that only now am told to Pay R950. For my clothes to be delivered by aramex why was I not made aware of such before I pay the R3300 this is daylight robbery. I am in Pietermaritzburg my clothes have reached joburg so now delivery from joburg to pmb is R950. Really? I am not happy at all. I can't be paying such money .

I see a message on Shein app saying my order has been returned to despatch due to incorrect address or phone number and my contact details and phone number are correct. I would like to know what went wrong ??

cant get hold of them to tell them that the contents in MY parcel isn't mine. I signed for the parcel because my name, and everything else was mine.After I opened it I saw that the contents were wrong.
