Question about lottery purchase

I wanted to buy lottery tickets using debit at the counter. The person said they did not take debit from the counter. Which I don't think this is a correct policy but whatever. And then have a snide remark about people spending too much money on lottery. Called to ask policy The person who answered the phone couldn't tell me what's a policy was just called the store and ask them. They said it was up to the district manager asked to speak to this and manager and no one's ever called me back disgraceful customer service.

Tired of Sheetz being out of what I order

On several occasions I have ordered items that Sheetz is out of. Lately its They know they are out, yet they still let a customer unknowingly order it, then they try to keep your money by "just making something else". If I wanted "something else", I would have ordered it. Sheetz needs to post a sign if they are out of something, and stop taking people's money. Then the staff has the audacity to get annoyed if you ask for a refund because they are too lazy to put up a sign in the first place.

Dirty bathrooms

Statesville NC store has the filthiest bathrooms and stinky like no other. No tissue and rude workers.

Disappointed and dissatisfied

Their milkshakes dont contain any ice cream and my chocolate shake was barely off white. I shouldnt have to guess if it was a chocolate shake, it should be visually obvious. Making a milkshake with ice, powder, milk and syrup was beyond disappointing. Customer Service fix was to issue me a free drink reward.

I ordered sour cream with my potatoes and I got what looked like a cup of milk.Nothing like watering it down,and charging for it also

Some one tried to use my sheetz pay

Customer service agent explained to me the charge regarding a debit to my account that stems from holding fee charged to my debit card Bank notified me charge came from Pennsylvania which scared me. I am low vision and did not see terms on my phone. So we're good and I was glad to see and understand there was no fraud.

Lost card

Left my card at a Sheetz while in a road trip, contacted customer service, problem solved within minutes. Very nice customer service lady issued another card. Very nice, and understanding. The kind of service you dont get from most companies!

Employee refused to sell my husband alcohol because I (35 year old woman) did not have ID with me.

This complaint is for the location at 8101 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC. I (35 f) had a sweet tea and 2 hotdogs. My husband (38) had 2 hot dogs and 2 long island ice tea alcoholic beverages. The cashier refused to sell my husband alcohol because I did not have my ID on me. I had left it in the back pocket of a pair of shorts I had worn the day before. I explained to the cashier what had happened and she said that it was Sheetz policy to refuse sale if both of us did not have our IDs. We have been to Sheetz (this one and others) many times and have never heard of this policy. If I had been carrying or looking at the alcohol at all I would understand. But I wonder if I had a child with me and had been purchasing alcohol, would they refuse the sale? I some with customer service and was told that is, indeed their policy but they would notify management. Hopefully Wawa will be working it's way to our area soon because Sheetz has lost my business.

Special prices

I had emailed a complaint about this person who was filling gas cans during the 1.776 gas price event on July 4. This joker caused many people to have to wait for a long time while he filled up gas cans. If it's NOT already a policy to not allow this kind of abuse of special prices then it should be. Most special price events have limits like one vehicle per sale or straight up no gas cans to be filled..only vehicles.

I just used 25 cents off of fuel from my card or phone and it is not showing up on the receipt and it did not show up at the pumps but it did say it was taken off my card I want it put back on my card I had $800 and some points

Sheetz raised gas prices way more than others.

Congrats to Sheetz, the greedflation is working. The surrounding gas stations raised their prices after the Roanoke Sheetz on Orange Ave. did. The BP across the street matched it at $3.39, but luckily in Bedford where there is no Sheetz, the BP went down to $3.03 today. Inflation is ~6%, but Sheetz is over 10%. Even the coupon offer I got from Sheetz today for 20 cents off/gal. is more expensive than the Top Tier BP and Shell gas ($3.01) in Bedford. From Sheetz after earlier recent complaint: "We received your concern regarding our fuel prices. Sheetz is committed to offering competitive gas prices at each store location. Prices are set in each market based on a number of factors, including transportation costs, the price of crude oil, and competition in that area." I repiled: How is having the highest price by a lot competitive?

Lack of Fuel discounts

Hey, Pissed. My issue was never resolved. I cant find a way for Sheetz Customer Service to help Me, or resolve to send me a Gift Card. As they know, I will spend again, more than the gift card, to make my issue Right, as I will continue to stop at SHEETZ SSH

Check on refund

I never received my refund I purchased a gift card that was never activated I reported it the same day that the accident occurred.

Hold on card for fuel

When I payed at the pump for fuel Sheetz sent a hold to my Credit Card for $100. My bank says that this is a merchant choice and not something that the bank does. Sheetz customer service tried to tell me that it was an bank requirement which was completely incorrect. It is a huge problem if you use a debit card because it may end up holding all or your money!

Bad service

Ordered in drive thru at store # 759. Waited for 10 min and no one came to the window to pay. Then went to the 2nd window and they said they would get a manager and no one came to pay us out or give us our order. Trash cans dirty and its on a daily basis with bad customer service and cleanliness.
