Trying to get my discount for oasic shoes
To who it may concern: I have a Military Id, my spouse is a retired army and every time I fill out the information so i can a discount its say can't verify. I sent a copy of my military id and i use that Id card all around the world and don't have any problems. I want a discount code so i can order my shoes from Oasis shoes please. I got denied. Doesnt even say why. I have a union card. It doesnt have a picture ID cause I dont work for the union.

Nonresponsive awful
Lack of a response from a 24/7 operation. All the required military documents and never heard a word afterwards. Shameful and very disappointing. Nike should change to ID.me for results.

Web site not working for me & can't get a live person on phone
Site says email doesn't match it does but still won't continue. Tried to call to talk to a live person it keep disconnecting me. Need help because site won't tell me why my info is being rejected for approval for military discount. So this has taken me hours and I have gotten no where yes pissed off consumer.
