Problem
My problem is that there is no live Customer Service at all! When I signed up for Shaw Academy, I was able to speak to an Advisor live, on the phone. Now, none of the phone numbers given, are available, and when I ask for a call back, nobody calls me back for several requests. Im not going to discuss my problem in an email, I need to speak someone in person, please. So I would like a call back as soon as possible. Thank you in advance! Marianna Bato

To keep others from getting their money stolen
Shaw refused to refund all money. A hidden cost 45.00 was charged. And they refused to refund. Surly there will be a class action against them.

Using Shaw Academy has caused stress and anxiety in my daily life and am now afraid to use online certificate programs due to this experience and Shaw Academy also operates under a different name offering the same services BEWARE CHECK THE ADDRESS OF ONLINE COMPANIES BECAUSE I ALMOST USED THE OTHER COMPANY THEY HAVE IN OPERATION.

Funds where taken out of my PayPal account for services that I did not use from this company Shaw Academy and I am being discriminated against and taken advantage of by this Company Shaw Academy .

I spoke to someone who called me last year about a course I informed them my financial situation is bad and can not afford to make any payment to join the course I was assured I didn't need to make payment to sign up and them £49.99 has been coming out of my universal credit each month putting my under extreme difficulty to meet my daily living needs I have not had this resolved the last time I message and called I am requesting that a FULL refund of ALL funds taken WITHOUT me agreeing to monthly payments been taken I do not wish to do any course with yourselves and need my money back asap. I have also contacted the fraud team at the bank to manage this alternatively.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The date for resolution is showing as today but it wasn't long after I made the complaints that it was resolved and I received my refund..

Just a quick update to say that they did issue the refund and my account is cancelled. Kept the confirmation email in case of any future issues.

Apparently I signed up for a free trial well over a year ago. Never signed in, the account was canceled. But since they don't allow you to remove your billing info, last week they randomly reactivated my account and stole 69.99 from my bank account. Never received any emails or billing notices, the only emails I received were recently starting in May when they emailed to ask if I wanted a subscription or over priced certificate. I've been posting on their Facebook page excessively and they replied to all asking me to PM them but, to date, they have not even looked at my messages.
