Yes, the new motor part of the vacuum cleaner arrived yesterday. However, my question about how to clean the dirt container on the machine is still not answered. Do I have to replace the whole thing

I was not "pissed" and that is a vulgar term. I asked how to clean my machine. Does this expensive "fix" mean that it cannot be cleaned?

Shark professional innovation

Custom service sucked just like their product, I just ended up throwing my shark in the garbage my vacuum was only 14 months old BTW but since customer service wasn't no help and they disconnected my call I just went and purchased a dyson so my problem is solved! Thanks shark for nothing

SHARK STRATOS HAIR PRO - CAN'T CLEAN OUT HAIR

I LOVE SHARKS not the Stratos. 7 months old & the lift away wand where the nozzle attachmt goes there is no light. But most important is when cleaning hair, you can remove the first brush but not the second. I called and was told that it should release. It does not. The cord is not attached to the back like the Lift Away. All around I would give the Lift Away Duo a rating of 8 but the Stratos a 3 at best. Will I purchase again?? Yes but not the Stratos. The first two pictures are the Stratos, the other two are the Lift Away.

Warrenty

After waiting and waiting to get to talk to someone about my vacuum cleaner the rep was going to send me to someone else (a technician) instead I got disconnected. I'm not calling them back and I'll never buy another Shark!

Don’t like the pump handle and the customer service person

I have one without the pump handle. I love it my daughter had one she loved it but then hers broke. We bought the new one came with the pump handle. The first one I got didnt work at all. I had to send it back the second one works a tiny bit, but it didnt work. I had to send it back get a new one is grateful that shark I warranties their product and sent me a new one, but when I was on the video call with the customer service person. It was an awful experience like did everything she said, and it didnt work. Finally she said she was going to replace just the purple part so I asked her how to take it apart. I knew how to take the bottom, but the top part she kept acting like the gray piece came apart with the handle and finally figured out to press the button and just pull the handle out of the gray piece which was so easy if she knew her job and said exactly that but she did not and she kept leaving the phone without saying anything so I thought she hung up on me she was very poor customer service person

Bad product

They still have not sent me a return label to return the second defective product. So I am unable to get another product sent since this has not been done. At this point I just want my money back and I have proof of purchase.

I can never talk to a technician when I call

I have a problem with the robot vacuum. The people I talk to say I have to talk to a technician but they never call when Im available. The reason why I bought a robot vacuum because Im a busy person and I cant sit around and wait for someone to call me to fix my vacuum. I would like to be able to call someone and talk to them while Im on the phone and not have to wait two or three days your product worked well for a while but now its not I would appreciate a call back and if I do not answer, please leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible , the service is not good

Shark Stratos not performing as advertised - in Any Shape or Form

Just received my Shark Stratos and expected it to perform just like it was advertised to pick up a heaping debris without any issues - HAH, it doesn't even pick up stray bird seeds scattered on tile. Hard to manipulate / maneuver on carpet even with the carpet setting Bulky, Heavy and not easy to shift against wall boards, edges of area rugs, etc. Compared to my Dyson Ball Animal, this thing is a Behemoth to where my job was three times as long, had me struggle with accuracy in facilitating simple vacuum regimes - returned it after one use. The long under appliance attachment only picks up with suction only from the fins placed on one side - does not suction from the open ended fin At All. Called for my return lable ASAP after finishing my vacuuming a 500 square foot house with my old Dyson Animal 2 in less time than with angst and sweat from doing a little 12' x 15' kitchen with the Shark Stratos.

Want to know my balance

Definitely no complaints. This is my third shark. I love them. They are the best sweepers ever. My newest one is absolutely awesome. I love all of the extras that come with it. I love where the hair doesnt wrap around it. It works great. Wouldnt even think of owning any other sweeper thanks sharks!!!

I have now bought two different boxes from 2 different Walmarts of the disposable vacmop pads and they have been unusable due to the damage the pads contained. Maybe it was the manufacturer, maybe it was the retailer. But I have not had luck and I'm not going to order anymore products for this device until you guys can find a way to help me make sure I'm getting the product I have already paid for. PLEASE AND THANK YOU. I don't meant to sound bratty or entitled at all, I really don't. I'm beyond frustrated and like $40 in the hole. Please please please help me solve this problem..

Shark flexstyler is damage

I just saw the part where u put attachment and is strap off and stared to peeling off and I only have almost 3 month only I only used once a week or every 2 week and it look like color peeling off .

Post Website & Customer Service Feedback

I purchased a Shark IQ Robot Self-Empty vacuum on May 17, 2023 through Amazon. After reviewing the instructions, I gathered that it is important to change the filter monthly and have replacement brushes. The Shark website asks you to put in a model number when buying replacement parts. The model I bought, RV1001AE series, specifically, RV1501ZXUS. Neither came up in the search. I then called Shark customer service. They also were not able to find replacement parts and didn't know why this model would not come up on the website. If you can assist with this issue, please contact me. Otherwise I will be forced to return this product to purchase a different one where I can actually find replacement parts.
