Delivery problem

I was out of town when I received the email that my mom's b-day present had been delivered. I called to have her make sure and bring it right in due to heat. She could not find it anywhere out front. I tried the website but was very frustrated by the run around with the computer contact. I, then, contacted customer service by phone and they resent a package to her. She did receive it 2 days after her birthday but she did have the present from me.

Reciecved items late twice and in the same condition. .

Ordered products for mother's day, reciecved 3 days later, and in the worst condition that I have seen in my life. Gave them a second chance as the agent wanted to redeem the company. Reciecved the second order 4 days later and in even worst condition. The FedEx delivery is trash also. Both times never knocked on door to let me know the product was sitting in the hot sun. Both times are the only time this has happened.

Hello My Mothers Day from my daughter and grandsons arrived in deplorable condition. The chocolate coating was broken, the berries were soggy, and the entire tray of berries were dislodged from their little nests and were everywhere. This is completely unacceptable. Damage merchandise

Just got my Mothers Day package strawberrys was stahl chocolate was separated look like this package was sitting under sun for a week ice package was melted cardboard box was wet flowers was old smell like mold. I have pictures to support my complaint

Rotten melted and delivered a day late after the express shipping fee

They straw berries were rotting inside the looked like they had been run over by a truck multiple times we paid the shipping fee for it to get here on the 14th and it didnt come until after Valentines Day the chocolate was melting and the berries themselves were warm when we arrived I had high expectations and was let down terribly and my boyfriend feels awful for getting such a gift we want a refund immediately every cent order number is W010058****3946

Company didn't deliver my gift

Horrible experience with this company. My gift didn't get delivered and they would try to make it right. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMAPY TO ANYONE, PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY AND CHECK THEIR REVIEWS AND RATING.

W010058****5162 Order number for 2 dozen red roses, my order was supposed to be delivered yesterday as I sent federal express overnight, but my order is currently in Dallas Texas due to weather delay, my concern is they are fresh roses and may not be in good condition when received in Missouri at my sisters house. Can I arrange for a redelivery, replacement or refund?

Worst gift

I placed an order on 11/21/2022 for chocolate covered strawberries for my dad for Christmas. They were to be delivered on 12/23. They were delivered on 12/26 and looked terrible. It was so embarrassing. The card on the delivery said delivered on 12/23 even though it wasn't.

RECEIVED MOLDY CHEESECAKE

Recd gift of Sharis Berries moldy Celebration Cheesecake. Mold was hidden under top layer of icing. Customer Service offered replacement instead of refund to gift sender. Disgusting

Anniversary surprise doomed

The berries were warm, broken, smush, soft, melted, spoiled and runny. Even after replacing them they must just have old bad strawberries. This was my 8th anniversary surprise and it was a bust. Never again. There was nothing sexy or romantic about Sharis berries more like tears

Terrible product

I sent flowers and chocolate covered strawberries on the 20th to my niece for her birthday from Sharis Berries. The flowers were half dead and ice pack was melted so strawberries were melted, mushy and spoiled. The arrangement didnt look anything like what I ordered. I called and complained - customer service spoke broken English - they sent a replacement for delivery today . Todays shipment had melted ice, the strawberry box was HOT and smelled, and the flowers looked like a $9.99 arrangement youd pick up at a grocery store - and they were Cemetery dead. Oh the card said Happy birthday from Howie and Monica. WTH? Had a mini stroke, called to complain again. I could barely understand the Customer service rep. They wanted to send a replacement order - I said no. I said I want a full refund. They said how about 50% and a coupon. Said no again. He processed my refund for $115 and offered a $50 coupon. I told him nope I wouldnt use this service ever again. He then asked if he could call Kim to apologize. He then called her and asked if she wanted something else. She declined and explained how awful both deliveries were. He then tried to talk to her about my credit . What are they doing talking to the recipient of a delivery about crediting my credit card??! I actually have used them before and they were great. Not sure what happened but I will never use them again. Talk about embarrassing!!! Mary Stefanik
