Scam took my money
No one would speak with me. They took $950 from me. It was not even me that ordered from them. I feel my money needs to be returned and they need to be reported to the better business bureaus for a investigation

Maybe Shapways will sit up and notice they have issues
Once again I received an order that isn't what the designer and I created. The 1/50th scale Flat Rack is nothing but a blob of resin with no working uprights like the designer designed. Shapeways has disappointed me numerous times and continues to be less than satisfactory

3 Fraudulent Charges on My Visa Card
There are 3 fraudulent charges from Shapeways on my Visa card which ends with the following 4 digits:7887. Following are the dates of the bogus Visa charges and amounts: 08/08/21 $157.35 08/10/21 157.35 09/10/21 541.80 Total $856.50 I want these fraudulent charges removed from my Visa card. The person I just talked to was very, very rude! He wanted my credit card number and I told him it was paid for through PayPal. He then argued with me so I ended up hanging up! My issue was not taken care of and he was very rude! Not happy!! All I wanted to do was cancel my membership which I dont even remember signing up for.

That *** contact number they have listed is pure bullshit.Its a dead end.A Walmart giftcard scam promotional offer answers the phone annd if you tell them skip the promotional crap just put me through to Shapeways...they hang up on you.

Sent a completely wrong part, and despite repeated attempts to contact these F ers, I'm getting no responses to fix the problem for what I paid, and its super convenient for these *** sticks that they have no real valid phone number, just listed numbers that take you to scam "Winner of..." calls. This place is a *** joke and a scam. They get your money, they guarantee high quality product then *** you.do NOT

Shapeways dont deal with bad quality
i ordered and it arrived broken. They sent replacement which was broken as well. I am never doing business with them in the future!!! There are plenty of other companies to deal with so don't limit yourself with an unprofessional company who obviously does not know what they are doing. i ordered and it arrived broken. Shapeways 3D Printing Store Scam
Shapways refuses to pay me for multiple purchased models. Sold $858 dollars in product, and they won't pay me my less than 10% cut of $60.75-- simply because I "...didn't create a Store at the time of sale." I have one now, THEFT IS THEFT. Do the right thing Shapways, and pay me what you agreed you would when I first allowed my 3D content to be sold. That's a legal Tort, and you willfully broke your end of it. Any company that has a "Customer Ambassador", has one for a reason, and I found out why. #Scamways #ShapwaysScam
