Missing partial order
Ordered pack of three panties two came one did not as you did not have in a color I had ordered. You sent me an email I sent back saying next available color which has been weeks ago and I have yet to receive that pair of underwear if you could, please let me know what is going on. I got an email stating that my package was delivered and today is Saturday July 29 and I still havent received my items I want you guys to see what you do because I pay for them already and I havent received them either one of my bras to be delivered or my money back refund to my account

Not the right size. I am needing a total refund. Medium is to small for me. My husband bought them for me not knowing what size to order. He told me to get the whole refund, he wants to buy me something else. I have no idea what but my husband doesnt buy me very many surprise gifts!! He tried I will give him that!!

I have been charge for months 499 a month for products I never received, and I have tried to reach out on several occasions and nobody is calling me back
They keep taking money out of my account now for the past six months for a product I never ordered I have reached out several times to this company left voice messages because you can't get anybody on the phone and they have yet to return my phone calls. We're going on two months now at least I reached out 5 to 6 times.

I was charged three times for items ordered and I received two shipments. No order numbers were provided in the order for follow up. Your customer service is bogus. No one answers any phones or returns calls. I will not be dealing with Shapermint again!!!

Package not delivered
Did not have to engage customer service, my roommate picked the package up and took it with her for the day. She also had left a post it note on the mailbox saying it was delivered to the wrong address, she was referring to some mail, not the package. Unfortunately, this led me to believe she had told the delivery person it came to the wrong address!

USPS advised me to call shipper to resolve. Package delivered to wrong address! Please resolve, resend order or whatever you have to do. I need shape wear for my daughter's wedding in two weeks and need to see if your brand is going to work for me! Okay, I don't know what a hundred symbols entails. I am already inconvenienced!!! False advertising
I always wear a XL and I ordered a three XXX on purpose so it would be very comfortable. There is no way the item they sent can fit anyone in XXX or even one XL for that matter!

Did not receive order
I am extremely upset with this company. I made a purchase from them for an order totaling $55 and they gave me a tracking number with a company that said that they delivered my product well I never received it and that was on 18 May and it has been a couple of weeks now and I have tried to reach out to this company by text by email by phone and my Facebook and nobody has resolved it for me and I find that completely unacceptable. I am a single mom of two kids and I don't having my money stolen from me like that. Thanks for nothing!

I placed in order back in February and my order was sent to a different address and Shapermint is refusing to give me my money back. Stay away from this company.
