Regarding order cancellation and refund
I rejected my order because I was not available at the time of delivery. Since then I haven't received any messages regarding my cancellation.I even paid through their website.They don't even have a customer support i have mailed 100 of times.I haven't received any replies Kindly refund my money I'm too depressed I have no other ways rather than attempting a suicide.

From past 1 month my order is not been picked up by Shadowfax .They are just keep on telling me we will pick up today or tomorrow, but still neither today came nor tomorrow,so could you like to tell me when that day will come.
