Credit file is not correct
I have 2 accounts on my credit report that is NIT mine. Ive dallied and in was told " I dont kniw how to fix it" ive had my accts for years. I tried ordering xmas gifts to be told my accts were in arrears. Turned out 2 or 3 of the accts were not mine. I wanted my credit report fixed. Ive filed a dispute with the credit Bureau

Can't get a live person to save your damn life. The website deletes recurring payments and then they hit you for 100.00 due immediately. WTH. You have my credit card number. Can you not process it once a month? Isn't it somebody's job to process payments once a month? Can't wait to pay this off and block them entirely. I'm so done.

Your company should be ashamed of this delipadated products you send people they are not worth one Penny. Your company should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission for passing our the worst your company on my credit report products I have ever seen. You should be sued for false products. Instead of putting this chump change I supposedly owe Your company on my credit report, your should be trying to give me back my money I spent for this garbage immediately. Your company is not trustworthy or reliable products. I will never never order anything from your company again. I accidentally ordered two of the same thing and called to see if they could help me with the problem the lady i talked to was very helpful and took care of the problem and also i have been having a problem when I order stuff and have more money in my account it will not process the order because it keeps telling me that I need to make a down payment first

They help me to clear my credit of this after I paid my bill off after 30 days it will be resolved but they will send a letter stated that it’s paid off it hard to get a apartment with things on your credit thank God it was done today thank the customers both were just great with assisting me.

I am grateful that I was able to Pay this off cause my credit was messed up they would see 7th Avenue on my applications for Apartment In I was an able to get the apartment so Im glad that I paid it off and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you very much.
