The customer service was exceptional . I have no complaints on how my interaction with customer service was handled.

Billing mistake
Paid bill online. Received license via email for a different business. Cannot reach anyone to correct or resolve the issue. The original SESAC representative, Ross Wright, was harsh, abrasive, and harassed the staff by calling the business multiple times a day with threats. Once the license was paid for on line, the contract that was sent via email was for a completely different business. This approach to licensing seems very sketchy.
