Refuse to return calls or finish job

Servpro started out awesome. Then the breakdown began. Insurance called them and got to response. Servpro called insurance and got no response. Alex and shea in bend started great the abandoned us before it's finished. We need our no salvageable electronics and item listed and submitted to insurance and both sides they have done it and yet insurance still won't settle claim because they lack the list of no salvageable items. We're stuck and need some resolve to this issue. We need help and no one will answer the phone or return call. Multiple messages left for both and no response at all. Somebody please help. Do I need to sit in their office until this is addressed and resolved.

We have been instructed by our insurance to discuss issues and are concerned and unhappy over how this company failed to do their job to salvage our belongings after a large apartment fire on March 6th 2023 at hickory village apartments in Mishawaka IN

Horrific Experience

A project that should have taken a couple of weeks is now entering its 6th month. Servpro will not give us a project plan and they do not give us notice (more than 1 day) of any work to be done. One morning an electrician showed up at our door to do work and Servpro never notified us. Servpro ordered the wrong tile and the tile installers they subcontract are not knowledgeable. At this point the work is still not done. Still no project plan and thanks to Blink, we know they are trying to skirt the issues and not spend the money to finish the project correctly. I could go on. In summary...DO NOT use Servpro. Run!RUN!

Servpro padding invoices to insurance company. Performing at work not cleared by insurance company.

Servpro did my mold remediation in August of last year. After the cleanup, they began construction and ripped out all of my cabinets and half of my tile floor, knowingly doing this without the approval of my insurance company they asked me to sign the service contract, and I refuse until approval is given, there are also padding the bids and invoices, and sent several different goods which didnt make sense to my insurance company. Seven months after the fact, Servpro went to the police department and filed a criminal complaint, stating that I stole money from them. Charges were ultimately dropped, and they were unable to prove anything.

Happy with service.

I had the Hesperia branch come out to my house on mesa St. I had a flood in my house. The manager Jose sent Danny to my house; he quickly had us drying out with all of his machine. I don't have a single complaint about one thing they said or did. They gave me comfort and put me on a path that let me rest knowing that they are a phone call away. I don't know what i would have done without them there to help out in a time that had me in tears. Thank you SO VERY much to the whole Hesperia crew . Mrs. Martha Dunbar.

Incompleten job, lying, and poor workmanship Serpro Livonia office 11928 Farmington rd Livonia Mich 48150

discovered we had a bathroom floor water leak issue that caused unknown floor damage until it was partially removed. The Mitigation company Serpro agreed to dryout the room, remove debris, repair floor joist , install new flooring, remove and replace bathroom utilities as required under the limit of $10,000 allowed by our Hanover insurance who recommended them. After doing partial work they (Serpro) left unanswered calls for over a month while bathroom was totally unuseable and need of water damage repairs. We were forced to go with another contractor to complete the work and repair the damaged they (Serpro) did to plumbing while trying to remove the shower basin. The total cost to repair bathroom was $9300 of which $2300 was to replace all the loose pipe damages. The owner, Brian refuses to answer any of my calls from November, December and up to January 2023. Once we filed a claim with our Insurance Hanover for $9300 , we discovered that Serpro billed our Insurance for a total of $2905.77 to do a partial job and caused plumbing damages in the process of their work , We are looking to made whole for the $2300 we had to pay another company for plumbing damages . Our Insurance company confirmed to day they can not cover the additional cost,

I need help please

I am having issues with servpro of Winston salem and need to speak with someone on corporate to resolve this issue before I have to seek civil litigation please .. Ive attempted to resolve the matter through two emails and a complaint with the BBB with no response to the emails. Below is the attached email for the second attempt with no response. This is my second attempt at filing a claim in writing as requested in your contract per clause #7. First attempt was made in writing as well on October 19th, 2022 with no response. Any claim by Client for faulty performance, for nonperformance or breach under this Contract for damages shall be made in writing to Provider within sixty (60) days after completion of services. Failure to make such a written claim for any matter which could have been corrected by Provider shall be deemed a waiver by Client. NO ACTION, REGARDLESS OF FORM, RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS CONTRACT MAY BE BROUGHT MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIMING PARTY KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION. As of today I have yet to receive a response from the initial writing. I received an invoice #1926 for the amount of $10,543.34. I am willing to pay 50% of that invoice due to damages caused to my residence by servpro by negligence and unfinished work. Several days after servpro had finished the job my residence began to smell like mold, forcing me and my family to move out of our residence. 911 restorations responded and discovered mold and 99% saturation where servpro had mitigated water damage. This constitutes unfinished work. This neglect caused black mold and further cost to me as well as it has put me out of my residence and I am still to this day unable to reside in my home. Secondly, when servpro responded to my residence they destroyed additional water lines in my downstairs bathroom upon removing the drywall to to carelessness behavior with a baseboard removal tool. Flooding my residence once again. Several days later, the vanities for the bathrooms were removed and the shutoff valves were left in the open position. When the water was restored my residence was flooded yet again from the second floor due to servpros negligent action of not shutting of the waterlines when removing the upstairs vanities. This caused my residence to be flooded 3 times, twice as a result of the careless actions by servpro. 66% of the water damages were as a result of servpros actions. Therefore 66% of the $10,500 invoice is not my responsibility. This comes to approximately $6,900. The actions of servpro resulted in more machines being used, more hours of water mitigation, and several days later my residence was flooded yet again extending the period of time the machines wouldve been used as a result of the actions of servpro. My dryer was also destroyed in the process which, servpro was able to replace the $15 dryer leg without incident. However I was never compensated for the additional flooding of my residence, nor for the damages to additional waterlines destroyed by servpro. I have numerous videos, photos and screenshots of the entire incident which are readily available to view at your convenience. You may find all of this evidence under servpros review on GOOGLE REVIEW, ANGIES LIST and YELP. The additional cost of the mold mitigation caused by Servpros can be favorited into the damages if you wish to have an itemized deductions of damages. These damages were discovered after servpro had finished and are in a report with FARM BUREAU where the saturation level was still determined to be 99%. If I recall, servpro left me without water due to damaging my waterlines for 5 days, this was due to the workers having to take an emergency call to Florida during the hurricane leaving me neglected and without water. I estimate the additional damages caused by servpro and the additional cost of the invoice provided by servpro to be a result of the unfinished work and negligence of servpro and its employees. I estimate these damages to be in excess of $10,500. 66% of the water damage $6930 Mold mitigation by 911 restoration $5000 Waterline and plumbing repair $300 As well as the cost of moving out of my residence due to the black mold. $1000 This total comes to $13,230 in damages as a result of unfinished work provided by servpro and negligent and careless work caused by servpro. However, i am giving servpro the benefit of the doubt and I am willing to pay 50% of the invoice I was provided with. Which is 5,271.67. Again this evidence is accessible on google review, Angies list and Yelp. The reviews contain all of the photos, videos , screenshots of text conversations with servpro employees about advising me they would fix the damages the next day only to be left for 5 days without water. As a bonus to my generosity I am willing to remove all reviews on these public domains along with the evidence upon agreement to this complaint. Theiving Liars Lacking Souls

Servpro Park, Lake, Summit, Eagle Counties aka Servpro Durango, aka Servpro Archuleta, La Plata, Montezuma, San Juan Counties--Colorado Fire Remediation of Storage Unit I hired the local servpro to assist in the cleanup and recovery of my property damaged after a fire in the unit. After a month, I was notified that everything was done, although I still have not received a complete invoice 10 months later. Instead of cleaning anything or making an inventory, they helped themselves to whatever of my personal possessions that they wanted--$45,000 and counting. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay them $2,000 just to get back the most damaged items nobody wanted. Now, I'm having to not only clean everything myself, am less $2k, am missing nearly everything of value I owned and am sorting it all, as everything was tossed haphazardly into trash bags and old cardboard boxes. To add insult to injury, I just had to buy back a few items from some shady dude on Facebook marketplace!

Very very disgusted with Servpro all they want is to do shorty work and grab the money and run to the next job

I had soot damage to my home and they came in to do extensive cleaning painting and I only wish that I could post all the photos that I have Outragous! In the future I will post them

The worst job ever

I am writing to file a complaint about the service (lack of) that I received on April 19 and 20, 2022. I hired ServePro in March to clean/recover my home at 2622 Keystone Ct. Newburgh. In 47630. We had moved out and finished construction and painting home so it could be put up on the market on April 22. 2022. I have been so upset with this terrible service, your response, as well as it has taken me this time period to clean the home and hire another service (Stanely Steamer) to get ilthe home on the market. In February 2022 Mike Parsons came by the home to give an estimate. He sent me that estimate and said it could be done as soon as the constrution/painting was done and we were ready for deep cleaning. Just needed to book 2 weeks ahead of time. On April 4, 2022 I booked your service for April 19 and was told it would take 2 days. So my realtor could put home on market on April 22, 2022. The service ServePro was suppose to provide was to clean cabinets, floors(including slate flooring, carpet flooring, and tile flooring, walls( which was just painted), ceiling, tiles, appliances, wet bar, closets, windows and vents. On April 19, 2022 two girls showed up at 8 AM. They had some equipment but said they had to wait for cleaning chemicals to start. Also, I notice the only cleaning machine they had for the 2 days was a carpet machine. No buffer machines for tile or slate. I also pointed out to them on slate flooring you are not suppose to use harsh chemicals. Use dawn liquid and water to clean floors which I had for them on the wet bar. You could damage the floor by using the wrong materiel. They got upset with me when I pointed this out to them again on the 3rd day when they had to come back to "make it right" because they didnt clean it the last 2 days , clean scuff marks in hallway (which needed a magic eraser and elbow grease), cabinets which they didnt touch, and paint on floors( which comes clean with proper equipment and elbow grease). On April 20, 2020 only one girl showed up 3 hrs late at 11 AM. She stated she slept in. Then when you said you were done with the job I review it. It was appalling. I pointed out the floors, cabinets. laundry room walls, wet bar, windows, and shower were still filthy. I pointed out the scuff marks, dirt. and paint on floor which when I bent down with a magic eraser, cleaning material, and a little effort it can be cleaned. This was unacceptable since the home was not cleaned. I was coming in the next day at 6 AM to take time off my busy schedule and with my medical issues to clean it myself. You showed up with the 2 girls at 10 AM and said "you would make it right." By that tine I had cleaned the front hallway and was working in the kitchen on the cabinets. I pointed out to the girls the kitchen cabinets weren't done since there were things in the cabinets and in one drawer I forgot when I moved. The girls were complaining about being there and when they went to lunch I got a call that they were not coming back. So your service was unacceptable, which I expressed to you at that time. My Realtors said it could not be put on the market in the condition you left it. Making me miss my showing/market date by 2 weeks. We took photos of the condition ServePro left the home in on Thursday April 21, 2022. The Realtors have given me written letters as witnesses. Also, I do have the $4100 receipt I paid Stanely Steamer and a statement from them on the condition the home was left in. They did the job ServePro should have done. Photos were taken at that time to show the professional cleaning job that was done by Stanley Steamer which I gladly paid for. I put in 40 hours of back breaking work myself to get the laundry room, shower, wet bar and cabinets. I had to hire another service Stanley Steamer for floors and vents. Which again they did an excellent. The floors were professional cleaned. In conclusion, everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part. Loser company

Big rip off company, owes me money, insurance fraud , sucks at there job, they did no work but dry my house out, me and my family did ALL TEAR OUT and refuse to pay us like they said for what the insurance company paid them. Will not contact us about this matter , ignores our emails , they broke a light fixture as well

Threatening and Discrimination by co worker

I was hired on March28,2022, Aaron stated to me an discriminatory comment. On April06,2022, Aaron threatened me, I called and told the GM Samuel he took Aaron side,also Aaron made other discrimination remarks about another Supervisor which is Black also. Im a Black female and would never work or refer anybody to this Company in Tallahassee,Fl. (Central North Florida).

Stay away from this company

I had water damage early this year, and I called Servpro because of their good review on other website. Apparently, their good reviews are fake. They came to remove things around damaged area and opened drywall, and then used fans to dry the area for about one and half week. After that, they didn't response for any further procedure but left unfinished job. They sent an invoice to me recently with around $7000 for using their fans because insurance rejected paying them. It is definitely overprice when other company only charge around $3000 for drying and repair. Be careful!, Don't use their service.

Disappointing and angering

I signed the contract just to get them out of our home after a week of cleanup after a chimney fire. We needed to go through our home and clean up after them. They didn't even touch some of the worst areas, and when I went to clean up the basement, I came up with soot all over my hands which took many washings to get it off. The workers were lazy and haphazard. They knocked things over, left a thick film of chemicals, and splashed their dirty carpet cleaner water in the bathroom. I could keep going, but you get my point.

To let others know about this company

I live in a old house and the floor is falling, I need an access place cut to access under the house from the outside, replace the kitchen floor and install a shower unit in the bathroom. I contacted Servpro of Bloomington and a guy showed up on 12-16-21 to look at what needed down and to give me an estimate. He took a lot of pictures and we talked about the problems. He wrote down a lot of notes but never looked under the house at the floor supports. (The main problem is the floor falling) by 1-12-22 I had had no further contact from the estimator. I sent him a text message. Still no contact so I texted again on 1-18-22 no contact so I left a voice mail on 1-19-22. As of today 1-25-22 no contact. I called customer service this morning explained everything. The person said he would look into it. He never took my name, phone number or address so I can guess they ain't gonna do anything. They must be doing okay being able to *** off.

Complaint have pictures there is now more mold in condo then when they started they have throne stuff around to remove carpet they did not remove all of the mold can go on forever

The mold is way worse then when they began my parents condo they are 87 and 84 I am here on vacation and they needed clothes I went in to get them and was absolutely appalled at the condition of the condo there is way more mold now then there was when they began the process as I was in there before they began
