Defective mattress

Mattress bought 5 years ago now they are saying they dont have record in system so cannot replaced its only 5 years old mattress thats shame

*** POOR MATTRESS

Serta Plush Mattress purchased on 7/25/21, already unusable for me to sleep ...the 2 salesman were not helpful and pretty worthless...comments like are you sure the mattress you brought for my size...we spent $3300 and we had to go buy another bed from SLEEP NUMBER and spent close to $4,000...I haven't been able to use my sleep apnea machine because I cant sleep in my bed because of my back pain due to the poorly mattress that you sell ...so you win with your scam to keep people's money because I DONT HAVE THE ORINGAL RECEIPT ...

Problems with frame won't go up fully! When it does it won't stay up

Bed frame won't stay up and won't go up to full! this bed is not under warranty But I need tp get it repaired I need SOMEONE to knows how!!!

Electric blanket does not work

Brand new electric blanket. When you plug it in no light. Does not work. New in package. Never removed from original package until now.

Help now

Horrible customer service. Will never buy again. I can write 100 symbols trust me. This is a sad investment as you will rarely be able to talk to someone if something is wrong.

Sagging bed

The bed was purchased 7/2021 it began to sag about September. I have called several times and sent the pictures as requested. Yet they said its not sufficient enough. I am a fire fighter EMT and need a good nights sleep. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

False advertising

The mattress pad said 2 inch cover and 2 inch foam not the case, its mostly fabric cover with minimal stuffing

Defective air mattress

My air mattress start making a loud popping noise and now a 4x3 ft bubble is in it. Top and bottom of it. I never get through call keep dropping.

Warranty a load of shi+

Mattress defective, has massive dent in the side. Serta responds to claim with one thing after another in order to not honor warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company altogether.

Serta. Neverflat inflatable bed

Good Afternoon, I only use Serta because my parent only used Serta. So when I needed an airmatttess it was no choice what kind I was going to get. I have never been so disappointed with Serta. This airbed was over $200 and its out of warranty at this time. In the four years that Ive had it its been used about 4 or 5 times. The other day while my guest were sleep on it, they heard loud pops in the mattress. The bed remained inflated but there is a bubble in it. This is on the top and bottom of mattress. Serta has always been known for it's quality. I would have never in a million years expected something like this to happen. If I would have purchased a cheap airbed I wouldn't even take the time to send them a letter about their poorly constructed product but this is Serta. I hope that it turns out to be a recall on these air mattress. I hope there is something yall can do to assist me with this situation. It has to be defected. I have never seen anything in the life like this.

Serta Super Firm Sertapedic Pillows

I have bought your products for years and highly recommend them. I always buy four Setra Super Firm Sertapedic pillows for my bed. Two for sleeping and two for my shams for decoration that goes with my bed set. The most recent four that I bought less then a month ago have already gone flat. It feels and looks like less product is put inside these pillows. I hope I am wrong cause in my book Serta is a number one company who sells GREAT top notch products. I buy your mattresses etc and will pay more for all your products because as they say You get what you pay for HOWEVER this time around I am SO DISAPPOINTED and feel the almost fifty dollars I spent on them was NOT worth it. First time ever that I am DISAPPOINTED. I have not ever had to save the wrappers that your pillows come in and I cut the tags off before putting pillow cases and shams on and then wouldnt you know the first time the product does not stand up to your quality I do not have the packaging. Please tell me you are not cutting corners and putting less product in your products cause when you feel my pillows that is exactly what it feels like. Thank You for your time Kristy Kelley 14075 S. Service

Diver said was unable to deliver mattress due to customer not being home. We have not left the house in 5 days!! Was to be delivered today 1-5 no phone call to me, no text & when I called the XPO # , I pressed 2 to say I was there to receive over 3 times due to the tracking not working

Very disappointed about these pillows I'm going to fix income that was a waste of my money

I brought 3 won't go flat pillows king size and they bust open they did not stay in the case that you brought them in it was a wrong deal for me I had them about 3 weeks and I did not save the receipt I brought them from Walmart not happy at all

Products not Received

I bought a Serta mattress and adjustable base December 3, 2021. A $300.00 coupon was included for a classic bundle offered as an incentive by Serta. I got the mattress on December 10, with a loaner box spring. As of today, I have received neither the adjustable base or the items listed on the coupon that I submitted on December 3. I have called repeatedly and emailed them several times only to get no help at all. I am very disappointed and frustrated at this point!

Why buy a Serta

A trusted name in mattresses? Nope. Serta and it's TEN Year Limited Warranty are a contradiction of terms. Serta and Simmons Warranty ends the day the delivery - setup people depart your place of residence. Purchased a brand new iComfort Hybrid queen sized mattress in 2017 to replace a 2015 Simmons lumpomatic with exposed springs. By 2019 issued began with the mattress. August 2019 multiple telephone calls to Serta and e-mails to their customer service *** met with deaf ears and drooling ignorance. Artificial Intelligence along with AI automated e-mails disguised to look as though a human executed are a farce. Coming up on 28 months not one communication from the Serta Farce RipOff Company LLC. Serta even disregard inquires from the BBB. As a former resident of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, we'd have run this organization out of town in the olde days. I now have one useless Simmons and Serta mattresses purchased in 2015 and 2017 respectfully, both are now to be landfill filler. $4,000 in mattresses none had a life expectancy of 36 months. Pathetic and useless organization! BUYER BEWARE!!!
