The flea collars don't work like they used to
Been buying them for yrs even though expensive for someone on a retirement income. This year I've bought two. They don't work. My poor puppy, and cats have fleas. They are miserable and so are we!!

STILL COVERED IN FLEAS
This is the most HORRIBLE excuse for a flea collar. My dogs and cats are still COVERED with fleas. When you call the company they try to give you a million excuses. They dont work right away. There are flea pupa that have to hatch. There are fleas in your yard. On and on with the exclamations. No no no do not buy these collars. Ps I bought 5, 2 for my dogs and 3 for my cats. None of them worked!!

Didn’t work
I bought FIVE Seresto collars 2 for my dogs and 3 for my cat. Not one of them worked!! I could understand one not working. Sometimes a bad one slips in but all 4. Thats crazy

Refund and possibly vet bills
I used your flea collar on my dog. His neck got all infected. Took him to the vet they had to cut some of the infection off and he is on two different meds. It was your flea collar that did this. I want a refund for my dog seresto collar and along with the one I got for my cat. So disgusted with this. My poor dog has to wear a cone too. So please reimburse me for 2 collars. I have pictures too. You’re lucky I’m not asking for vet bills. I probably should.

Product didn't work
I purchased a seresto flea collar in May 2022 and its supposed to last 8 months. And my dog has fleas. Shes a indoor dog and only goes to potty.

I want my money back on tge seresto collar. Why would I want to put this on my dog when even congress is recommending a recall on the flea collar
Since congress has even said there should be a recall on this collar, I want to return it. Why would I want to put it on my dog?

Defective collar
Bought collar in May, my dog has flea's, she's not been swimming, or had a bath. Never had a problem with your collars before, so I was surprised when I found fleas on her.

I have bought this collar for some years and i still do not see it working,
i bought these collars for some years now, i still don't see it working, my four big fur babies are scratching and biting till they start to bleed. i had put down flea stuff in my yard where they play and other things. i know this summer has been awful with the weather. But this collar does not keep my babies safe from fleas. I am disable and elderly. i don't have money to burn, i hardly buy food for myself, let alone for my fur babies.

They wanted me to pay $5 for a lawyer what the *** is that gonna do me I'm I need a refund on 7 collars for small dogs or give me 7 new small dog flea collars

Problems for my dog.
I paid $70.00 at my local Bomgaars for a collar for our 35 pound 8 year old dog. This is the first year our dog has been itching and I have pulled off a tick several times a week. It does not work at all and I am very disappointed. Who are the vets that recommend it?? Why is it more expensive than the other treatments and the least effective. I now have to take the dog to a vet for care. I think my money should be refunded.

Product not working
We have used this product successfully and happily for years, and have recommended it to friends countless times. Now I find myself in the midst of a full-blown infestation. 2 dogs, 2 cats got brand new collars less than a month ago and we are seeing more fleas than ever before. All 4 pets are miserable and the fleas have also started biting family members. I dont know what to do because we used our budgeted funds for these collars that are not working. Now I need to find an alternative treatment as well as an exterminator for my home.

Made my dog very ill
This is the 2nd time I've tried Seresto Flea and Tic Collar for dogs. Both times my mini poodle began vomiting within 3 days of putting the collar on her. She wouldn't eat, and was lethargic. I thought the 1st time I tried it she was vomiting from eating something she couldn't tolerate. I took off the collar just in case, and used a different brand. She got better after 2 days. I bought another Seresto DO6 months later to see how it would work. Again vomiting began within 3 days. Everything other people have complained about is true. It should be taken off the market, and I don't understand why it hasn't been yet. This was purchased in May 2022 from Chewy. #120321**** Details Placed on May 22, 2022 Total $64.55

With in less than 2 months our 6 lb yorkie got a tick LESS than 1 inch from the collar on her neck ONE INCH !
